I will say, I've never been more baffled by a med spa. I bought 100 units of dysport and my lovely injector Stephanie told me I can only use it on one area. 100 units for one area? That's laughable. Nowhere in their fine print or rules does it state this. She told me that typically you need 80-100 units just on my forehead. Not my first rodeo and working at a plastic surgeon's office prior to this, NO ONE has ever put 100 units in my forehead. I'm still reeling at how unprofessional Stephanie was. If she truly did put 100 units in my forehead then she shouldn't be an injector. I paid extra for units around my crows feet. I should of walked out the moment she didn't even bother introducing herself or even saying hi. I was trying to be nice and I dealt with someone who had no idea what they were doing. And the receptionist had the audacity to ask me to tip (you don't ever tip on injections, they make commission off of it.) i did because I just wanted to get out of there. I guarantee in two weeks, I'll still see movement in my forehead as she barely even put the needle in my skin. This was an absolute nightmare of a experience and have already tried to speak with a manager, but they can't bothered. read more
