You purchase this super stretchy, white onesie at Absolut Body. It looks super small and I thought no way am I going to fit into this onesie but, yes I did. It actually feels pretty good, kinda like spanx but, much, much softer and breathable. You need the onesie in order for the "vacuum" to glide effortlessly over your skin without pulling the skin. It's very similar to a massage, which I have had many massages and could never get rid of these 2 slightly painful fat pouches, one on my hip and the other under my arm. Had my 1st appointment and was pleasantly surprised that some of my "fatty pouch areas" had actually been redistributed. No more dull, aching pain! If you are looking to loose weight during a 30 minute session, it's probably not going to happen. However, if you are looking to redistribute some fat cells to permanently leave your body while firming up some loose skin to look toner, then yes give this a try! Today I booked the 3-zoned FAR-Infrared Sauna Blanket for a whole 60 minutes. Totally worth it!! She set up the blanket, plugged it in, laid our new plastic liners, once I got settled, she zipped me up and I felt like I was snug as a bug in a well...sauna blanket. She turned the temp on to a level I was comfortable with, and sat back and visited with me while the blanket did it's job. I have osteoarthritis and am constantly in pain, and the heat that this blanket provided worked miracles. I truly feel so refreshed and pain free, from the heat waves working their infra red magic on my joints. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to dabble, but isn't ready for injections. Taylor was fantastic in that she completely managed my expectations. She let me know that I would love the results, but likely it wouldn't be enough. Omg, was she spot on! I glowed, but it didn't really fill in anything. Fast forward to quarantine when we were all stuck at home looking drab (haha!). I did a virtual appointment with Dr. Nisha, who is literally the coolest doctor I have ever met...you'll want to be friends with her! Dr. Nisha knew exactly what I wanted, and so I trusted her with Volbella for above my lip and my actual lip. The results are so natural that not even my husband knows I had anything done. I have had tons of compliments, but no one actually knows! Finally, on my last visit, I bought the August promotion. They are great for monthly promotions! I had 2 facials for $200. The secretaries and technicians here were all very nice, especially my laser hair removal tech, Taylor. She was great, so informative, and made me feel super comfortable. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of my results and the price I paid. I had laser hair removal done here for 2 small-ish regions on my body. First of all, the first lady I had for my first 2 or 3 sessions, I think the machine was on low because it was not painful at all. Fast forward to my 4th session with Taylor, and it hurt like a b!***! (which is normal and expected). It was just a huge jump. Then I found out the lady who I had for my first 2 or 3 sessions was no longer with the company. This might have had something to do with my results (maybe she wasn't doing it right? It didn't hurt at all). My results are not that great. I still grow a lot of hair in the regions I got lasered even after 6 sessions. I know it's never a guarantee, but they promised around 70-80% removal and I wanna say it's at like 40-50%. I currently go to a new place that I left 2 reviews for already, and I already see a difference after 2 sessions, more than what I saw when I was at AH Laser. It's not really worth it here for the price when it comes to laser hair removal. I don't know what lasers they use, but that might have something to do with it, as well. I recommend trying another place out first.

Cost: $15,000 for Abdominal and Chest Total body fat percentage shaved and trimmed off was about 4%, although according to my body scan I lost fat in my legs and arms too, probably from my increased cardio from my cut in my workouts. Occupation: Police Officer I've been working out 6 days a week since 2019. I was struggling to lose some stubborn body fat around the abdominal region and struggled with Gyno around my chest region from being a vegetarian as a child and eating a lot of soy. I sought out survey now that I was making some decent $$$. The nurse, staff, and Dr. Alford were all extremely polite, and humorous during the procedure. The actual procedure itself took about 3 hours and you're extremely medicated and loopy. Even with the medication the pain itself was probably a 6/10 and i literally felt like I was being cut open and probed. I guess at the time it sucked but biting down on a towel helped a lot but it was worth it because there are immediate results and I'm so much happier with my chest region. I feel like all my muscles I've been working for my pecs are now actually showing since all the fat there is gone. The abdominal region I think needs more time to fully heal and close up but it does certainly look a lot more leaner and V shaped. I would recommend this place, but also would recommend Xsculpt if you're a man. They have more male oriented procedures. Overall would recommend and excited to see the final results in a few months. ***Semi-graphic pictures btw*** I've never been a good photographer but you can see a much bigger difference in person.
