    If I could give a NEGATIVE star review I would! We had…read moreAllstate auto insurance with Barron Baszto for 6 months. You get all kinds of discounts for being a new customer. Once that 6 months is up, the rate goes up & their customer service goes down. We signed up with Statefarm. Our Statefarm agent faxed or emailed Barron Baszto's our Allstate cancelation request along with proof of insurance with StateFarm. This information wasn't received by Barron Basztos because he was out of the office. Eventhough we canceled in plenty of time before our renewal we received a bill in the mail. We did get it straightened out after several phone calls. That experience was nothing compared to our home insurance debacle. We had home insurance through Barron Baszto with Safe Harbor. We signed an edocument to cancel our policy on Oct 29, 2025 before the autopay was to renew our policy on Nov 6th. On Nov 8th while attempting to pay for my groceries at Publix, my debit card was declined 4x. When I checked my bank balance I was horrified to see that our home insurance was NOT canceled and that $4805.31 was deducted from our checking account! Come to find out, after several phone calls, Safe Harbor never received the electronic document from Basztos office until Nov 10th which was the day we contacted the Baszto office to inquire about this mess. The Baszto employees blame Safe Harbor. Its the old blame game while the customer is caught in the middle. The ineptitude of the Baszto office is unbelievable. Barron Baszto's doesn't return phone calls. The front office staff are clueless and unhelpful. Never again will we ever use this office for anything. We now have to wait 2-3 weeks for a refund. Beware of poor customer service, inept employees, and employees that lie.
