I was talked to rudely by her secretary and told I do not exist as a person. I work customer service, and had I been in this situation I would have asked to reverify the information, or maybe for example, Asked what address was used in the last filing, a key question used by the IRS to identify people - NONE of that was asked, In fact I was told I was being combative by a rude and unprofessional secretary who quite obviously hates her job. If you want a pleasant experience by someone who wont treat you like dirt, do not go here. For a company who is so close to respond quickly to a yelp review, you would think you would do a better job training the secretary to at least act friendly. Subpar customer service, bad follow-up, and no accountability. If this review is not telling enough of how you will feel after dealing with them, I dont know what else to tell you, stay VERY far away! You have now been warned twice.
