I work customer service, and had I been in this situation I would have asked to reverify the information, or maybe for example, Asked what address was used in the last filing, a key question used by the IRS to identify people - NONE of that was asked, In fact I was told I was being combative by a rude and unprofessional secretary who quite obviously hates her job. If you want a pleasant experience by someone who wont treat you like dirt, do not go here. For a company who is so close to respond quickly to a yelp review, you would think you would do a better job training the secretary to at least act friendly. Subpar customer service, bad follow-up, and no accountability. If this review is not telling enough of how you will feel after dealing with them, I dont know what else to tell you, stay VERY far away! You have now been warned twice.

Dora is professional and most importantly knowledgeable on current tax laws. Yes it does take awhile to get in to see her. But plan people! Be proactive! And if a professional takes time to see. Wouldn't that tell you that they're highly sought after? And by the way the wait during tax season is about a month or so. We book early. We will continue to have our taxes done here. And only here. Staff is courteous and thorough as well. Enough said.

For the past few months my wife and I have struggled with commutation issues in between insurance-companies. An ongoing issue even after the vehicle itself was donated. Today I visited the local insurance shop where my wife originally established her policy. The plaza and the office itself could be best described as somewhere between plain and ordinary. Fortunately my issues were quickly resolved shortly after meeting with the owners of ABC. Susan's meticulous style of filing and organizing enabled us to locate every transaction, phone call, and email needed to rectify our situation. This was one of those times when the extra face to face encounter made an ordinary task an Extraordinary visit.
