Beth was recommend to us by our ReMax agent in Rice Lake, WI where we moved from. It seemed every time we traveled the 3 hours to get to Rochester the condos/townhomes we intended to see were already sold. We had become very discouraged, but Beth was persistent. After seeing many condos we realized that was not the route we wanted to go. She showed us a townhome that was out of our price range and larger than we planned on. We told her this is exactly what we want, only smaller and less expensive. We were thrilled with the idea of having more windows and a deck and patio and grass, unlike most of the condos we had previously seen, but were not optimistic we would be able to find what we needed. We finally settled on a condo in Byron because our daughter lives in that town and we were moving here to be close to her and watch our granddaughter AND the price was much lower. We called Beth and told her we wanted to make an offer. Knowing us well by now she suggested we sleep on it and meet with her the next day. Thank God!!! When we both workup the next morning we were terrified of the mistake we almost made. We had become aware that the townhouse Beth had showed us previously had dropped in price and asked to see it again. She said it already had an accepted offer, but there was another one just like it a couple doors down that had come up for sale. We went to see it, but did like it as well as the earlier one. Beth mentioned the offer made on that house was contingent on the sale of their home and since our home in Wisconsin had already sold we could make an offer. Very long story short, we bought the original town home and found out it is NOT too large for us at all. When we first met Beth and she described the home market in Rochester to us we felt we would never find what we needed and were very disappointed. But she continued to listen to our needs and worked on meeting them and we now live in Rochester and are very happy. We highly recommend Beth for all of your real estate needs.
