We were first time homebuyers, who had little to no knowledge on the process of all the steps of purchasing a home while also entering into a hot housing market. Sara went above and beyond all of our expectations. She educated us and connected with us on a personal level. As you can imagine it was an extremely competitive market and we didn't get the very first house we were interested in. Still, Sara remained very optimistic through and through, rooting for us and supporting us every step of the way until we finally reached our goal of becoming homeowners. She also provided feedback as to why we lost our initial offer and ways to strengthen our offers going forward.
