And I can confirm A couple of requests were made and happily granted! To which he is a great communicator very thorough and he is responsive, I don't think he ever didn't respond right away or at minimum within 30min to an hour. The rest was fairly smooth sailing (all the bumps weren't anything to do with Alex he handled them all like a pro) We had issues with the buyer's title company, a LOT of them. So much in fact he stated he'd never had anything like this before. But again he handled it all. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to hire the best real estate agent.
