In addition to the coordination of the project he tore down our popcorn ceiling, installed trim, installed our floating vanity, patched walls and painted the entire bathroom. He was always friendly, courteous, prompt and professional and maintained a great attitude even when things weren't going great with the project. We were very pleased with his work and would recommend his services and definitely utilize him again!!

The very, very rude representative who answered the phone first told me that to get a replacement part "you need to find your own 'in' to the company (since Pella refuses to take calls)" and when I said that was ridiculous she said "Really, there are more important things to get upset about". I would not use this company and I would not purchase Pella Windows. BTW - the owner just called me after I placed my review to defend his company's treatment of me, and then said "I will have my attorney contact you" I see this company has poor ratings - go elsewhere.

He was so thorough and had so much knowledge of the products. He helped me pick the best doors to fit my wants and needs. The crew showed up on time and the roof was torn off cleaned up and a new one put on in no time! I Love my doors, they are beautiful and operate flawlessly. The installers were so friendly and paid attention to detail while keeping the project clean during and after the install.
