Over the years, though, they have evolved into a store that truly cares about you and your pets. When I go to this store, they know me by name. That alone makes a world of difference. They carry only the best products and I love their Vital Care reward program. I get coupons every month and it helps. I have two small dogs. I get them groomed here and have complete faith and trust in their groomers. They even reminded me that one dog was due her rabies vaccination. The staff has been super friendly and helpful. One night I got to the register and had forgotten to put my wallet in my purse when I changed purses. I had no way to pay for my grooming. They helped me figure out a low-stress solution. I could not be more grateful and happy. They always call my dogs by name and remember them. The prices are reasonable and the services exceptional. This store is easy access, too. It's easy to navigate and you can park close to the store. This is a smallish store but they always have a good stock of items. No empty shelves or outdated products. It is big enough, though, to have a dog training center in the center part of the store. I've used their buy online and pick up in store option several times. Could not be easier. They've always had my purchases in stock and ready for my pickup. Great store, great price but, more importantly, great people.

That has not always been the case, when we have used other groomers. We previously were unhappy with the location in a small strip mall, where getting into and out of the parking lot could be difficult with lines of cars at a fast food restaurant sometimes obstructing access to the lot. But they now have moved across the street to a much larger strip mall having easy access and parking. We now could not be more happy with Earthwise.

I had the dickens of a time getting anyone to help me. Then when they did finally help, they treated me like an intruder and did not help. They only wanted to get rid of me so they could continue doing nothing. I was not a happy camper. Recently, I had to go here again for rabbit feed for my friend. I honestly dreaded the trip to TS. I thought, here we go again and I figured I would be in the store forever, waiting on someone to help me. Much to my surprise, they had improved their customer service. The crotchety customer service guy was not there and people seemed very eager, yeah... eager, to help. I thought I was in the Twilight Zone. I have never before met anyone at TS who wanted to help a customer. I guess competition from Menards and Orsheln's finally broke them down. I was able to get the rabbit feed for my friend and on my merry way. I had to make a return the next day and I just knew I the magic would be gone. Much to my surprise, the return was very seamless and easy. So glad it went well. I do think their prices are high on some things. Overall, the prices seem decent but there were some items where I thought they were slightly higher than in other stores. I suppose it all boils down to what you are looking to purchase. The products are nicely displayed and the store is always clean and well lit. The merchandise seems to be well stocked and easy to find. They seem to have a little of everything. They have people shampoo, items for a variety of different animals, clothing, boots, heaters, hoses.. just about you would need for life on the farm or if you have a friend that has a rabbit.
