This pet concierge service is Muttmama's passion!…read more In the last six months, I have used Muttmama concierge service continuously five days a week for noon-time let outs. This has made the dogs and the cat very happy and this owner very happy. I get an update on their status and, from time-to-time, pictures of them texted to me. Muttmama has been a pet taxi shuttling dogs and cats to the vet to the groomers. This service is important to me so my pets are not stuck in a kennel all day. I use Muttmama for many overnight stays when I travel. These are especially 'interesting' as I have a dog with special needs - his diet and medications are very regimented and my other option is to leave him with the vet. When I approached Muttmama about this and explained what needs to be done, when, and why, she understood and accepted the assignment without hesitation. Muttmama's helped me have peace of mind about my pets when traveling overnight.

She's even picked her up and brought her to the vet for me a couple of times. My vets office is close to work, but not really enough time to come home, get the dog, drive to the vets, drove back home to drop her off, and then drive back to work. Michelle's doggie taxi service has allowed me to schedule vet appointments over my lunch hour. That's been great! Well worth not having to take a half day off work.

The material of the leash, however, is rather not so nice, it feels too hard and is more likely to feel uncomfortable than softer material. The snap hook sort of flimsy costs another star. It seems like a lot of extra charges now and one of my dogs got hurt there. I know it was an accident because I witnessed her jump up on the park bench in the front waiting area and her leg went through it because there was no cushion on the bench. I ended up having to pay $200 for my vet to look at it and do x rays. Luckily it wasn't broken, but I feel like a simple precaution could have prevented it. Whenever I would pick up my dogs lately, they would be so nervous and acted like the couldn't wait to get out of there. I'm wondering what is going on there that I don't know about. They would also reek when I got them back, so I doubt there is very much cleaning going on there. I really hope they can improve.

We decided to reach out to KK's about having someone watch our dogs for the weekend and then transport them safely to wherever we needed. Rachael ended up being the person who watched our two dogs and she was FABULOUS!!! She set up a meet and greet with us a month before the wedding so that our dogs could meet her in our home where they felt safe. She was immediately so warm, kind and all about our two dogs!! They LOVED her! The weekend of our wedding, she came to our home to pick them up at our designated time while we were at the rehearsal dinner and she sent us photos of them safely at her house where they were playing and having so much fun. The day of the wedding she communicated with us about her whereabouts and even arrived super early to the destination- so prompt and punctual. We actually ended up moving locations for photos due to high wind/weather and she was super accommodating and never once made us feel bad about having to move where she was already parked. She had the dogs dressed in their wedding attire and kept them super safe and secure while we were taking photos. It's a tall task to ask of someone when dogs get really over stimulated as they were pulling a lot and she handled it with pure grace!! She dropped them off on Sunday after we were able to make it home and the dogs were tuckered out from her keeping them busy- she even took them to get ice cream after photos because they did such a good job. I honestly cannot recommend this company and Rachael enough!!!! This was the best decision we could have made and Rachael made us feel so comfortable with the entire weekend, we were never once worried about our precious kiddos. Thank you Team KK, and THANK YOU, Rachael!!! You were a blessing to our weekend. :) Love, Zack and Rebecca Pearson

It was quite a substantial amount of money due to the length of time and holiday rates. Two weeks after I paid, I was told they were no longer boarding and would issue me a refund, though they weren't quite sure how they were going to do that. By January 2025, I had heard nothing from them on my refund. I had even been charged two more times for grooming services. When I ask them about paying me back, they asked if they could do it in increments as they are a small business and couldn't afford to pay back the entire amount at one time. (even though I am required to pay the entire amount at one time for their services.) I agreed, and they issued me two small payments this spring. I am still owed $586. Their business is now closed they are in the wind, and they still have my money! These are the current owners, Ed and Chel Donnelly. I am happy to remove this review once they pay me back for services they did not render.
