There is so much merchandise, it's great to have staff to assist the customers in finding the items on their list. I have bought materials for watercolor, drawing, and journaling classes. They even sell skeins of yarn that I've bought for my crochet class! Blick offers a student discount. This past weekend, I took advantage of their Fall sale and online coupon. We were fortunate to get Cathy/Kathy on the phone and she looked on the floor first, but then took the extra step to climb on a ladder to find exactly what we were looking for, all while we waited on the phone. They had a few of them in a box stacked up high, and she just made it happen for us. We totally appreciated her taking the extra step and putting them on hold for us. We drove over to the store, they were waiting in a cart for us, we ended up spending a few hundred dollars at this location because of her willingness to be helpful and take the extra step.
