They offer free service calls in Fresno and Clovis, but quoted me $150 to come to my location, even though I'm only about 15 minutes from their shop. That didn't make much sense since some Fresno and Clovis locations are farther away. Also, key prices have increased quite a bit over the years, which adds up when you're making keys in bulk for employees. Overall, good service, knowledgeable staff, and a well-stocked security store.
