Brad and Omar were completely professionals when presenting me this amazing security plan for my home. I got a really great hook up on the system for less than a cup of coffee a day. They did not make it clear that it's a five year service contract and they are the only one in the area that has a 5 year contract. Well, things just keep going from bad to worse. After multiple technicians, many appointments, multiple mistakes and damage to our home, they finally bit off more than they can chew. Our private home network was hacked by them, and even admitted to the crime by David Castillo, for us not giving them any more money till all these loose ends are tied up. They have actually already been given the state maximum of $1,000, but want more. Furthermore, I just got off with the property crimes at our Police Department to handle the crime itself, and filed a complaint with the BSIS, (BBB wasn't really useful) in an attempt to fix this mess. Boy did I learn my lesson about talking to solicitors. I signed up for a 60month term and was told there would be no problem in moving. Time to move comes and Guardian is now owned by ADT and I'm not allowed to take the equipment with me to the new house. Also, read the fine print: early cancellation is $1250 and at the end of 5 years the contract automatically renews for another 5 years! read more

Worst service ever. Sales Rep Quinton came to my door, and when I told him I was not interested in his service he got pushy and said he would be back in 45 minutes.. I then told him AGAIN I didn't want the service, and he proceeded to walk away and said "Good luck with your house then" when I told him that was uncalled for, he said "oh I meant to say God Bless" I called the 800 number and was able to find that the company that Guardian Alarms was outsourced to and I got the local number, while on the phone with the 800 number the sales rep RANG MY DOORBELL AGAIN! This morning we called and talked to the supervisor Javier, and he too was very unpleasant, and was of no help. It's sad that people like this are allowed access to your home, and are harassing and threatening! Especially to a women who is home with children and has already said no thank you. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM and the security system actually sucks. We had to keep the system off most the time because anytime when I leave for the wind would blow in front of the camera it would set off a video and they only allow you so many videos per month. Someone actually broke into my car and the security system didn't even pick it up. Make sure and read the small print before signing. The Salesman came to our door and was very friendly, we told him we were interested in getting a security System. My husband and I told him that we move a lot for work so we would have to be able to take the security system with us, he said it would be no problem that they're able to move it and they service everywhere. He told us that we would be signing a year contract and in the fine print it actually said 60 months. Looking back now he was definitely trying to distract us when we were signing by telling us he had to get to the hospital because his brother was having a baby. We moved and tried to get the security system at our new location and they said they didn't service the area. We called to cancel the service and they told us it would be $1250 early termination fee. We explain to them that we are only canceling service because they don't offer service at our new location and they told us there's nothing they can do about it we would have to pay the $1250 to cancel. We told them how the sales man told us we could take it to any location and the supervisor on the phone told me if it's not in writing there's nothing they can do about it, we would still have to pay the $1250. read more

I am sad to say that i would not recommend this company to anyone. When we first started our service we signed a 5 year contract thinking we would not be moving anytime soon. Well 2 year into our contract we decide to buy a new built home. Our prior home had the built in sensors and prior sensor for all the windows. So their install only include the new panel and doorbell. So we suspended out account form 1 month so we could have it installed in our new house. This is where the nightmare started. We had to pay $180 fee for them to come and uninstall from our current house and install in our new house. We call both Complete home security and Guardian to have our account suspended. This took almost 6 calls, and they finally were able to suspend our account a week before we were able to move into our new home. Yea, a lot of time wasted for something simple. Then we are ready for them to install the system in our new home and it is not pre-wired like before so we were short sensors and yep you guessed it the old sensors that we had for the old house would not work on our new window. The installer had to call the owner to see what to do. Well the owner said for all the sensor that we need would be $960! Are you kidding me! We have been a customer for almost 2 year and you did not have to provide the sensor before, but since we need them you are going to charge me $960! Well he said "I can cut you a deal only $880". Well that was a joke, I said I am just going to cancel my service! They said the cancellation fee for that was $1,250! So not I am sitting here going well $880 or $1,250. I did want to pay either, because the first told us if we moved they do it for free and they didn't and now we have to pay more. So I ended up paying $1,060 to move my system to our new home! Was not worth it at all. Beware the contract they provide does not have the cancellation fee on it, the only way you can see it is on the contract from Guardian. I have sensor that malfunction in the old house and new house. Had to make several call for them to looked at. Beware if they come to your house to install an alarm system, they will nickel and dime you to death! read more

My name is Froylan Arellano and I'm warning anyone that is intersted in getting a home alarm system please stay away from this company they are affiliated with Guardion. I was visited by a salesman by the name of David Castillo and let me tell you he had no mercy on me he pursuade me to switch from my current alarm company that I kept telling him that they had just renewed my contract for 3 more years and he just would not give up and ask did If I signed anything and fed me some stories that he had other clients with same situation as mine and that he got them out of there contract simply by threatening them with the BBB and that it would only take 5 minutes and those 5 minutes have turned into 4 months of pure nightmare I have made numerous of phone calls to get this resolved to them and Guardian and I received no help from anyone I even into a shouting match with a supervisor by the name of Jay or Jake so now I'm currently in the process of filing a small claims court DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. read more
