But good luck with contacting them. The receptionist isn't always on time to work and it's EXTREMELY hard to contact her to get appointments changed, class reschedules (due to snow), and get any online certifications (CPR, AED, HIV). Great staff, and program content with a very well organized syllabus. The process of getting the required education, skills, and clinical hours to sit for the WA State NAC exam is very intense and time consuming. Chris and her well trained staff make the process as easy and organized as possible. All you have to do is show up on time, do ALL of your homework, study, and pay attention during class. The rest is covered by them. I learned so much about the nursing process, being a caregiver, and how to connect with patients on a human/soul level as part of providing care at NATI. When in discussion about cancellation, RED Safety tried to tell me it was illegal to call and cancel over the phone. No. It's not. So.. they also lie about that to try and keep with their whole predatory fake contract practice of charging people beyond contract date. Just avoid them at all costs. Go with ADT. better customer service, better equipment, they actually monitor your system and call you when it goes off AND they can cancel when you call.
