The decor is simply elegant and beautiful. We were in room 4, with a view of the downtown. We had a glass of wine and just took in the scenery. SSBB is located next door to the wonderful restaurant "The Loft", so it's very convenient to walk downstairs, have a great dinner and enjoy the downtown scene. Breakfast from SSBB Bakery is complimentary with your stay. The bakery is closed on Sunday mornings, but hubby and I were left some wonderful pastries the night of our arrival. From the high ceilings to the immaculate hardwood floors, you have to ask.... why even bother to stay in a hotel when you can stay in a beautiful condo for the same price. Whenever I'm in Laurel, this will be the only place that I stay. Oh forgot to mention, it was extremely cleaned and well stocked with all the kitchen supplies you need including coffee!!!!

This occurred after I informed the manager- Akash that my carpet was filthy since they cause my white socks to turn black when I walked on them. Akash insisted on having my carpets cleaned, although I told him he could have his staff clean the carpets after I checked out. Akash had 2-4 employees in my room to clean the carpet and the room, and they may have left the door open to allow the carpet to dry. Upon my return, my prescription glasses were missing. I asked Akash to replace them. He only made excuses and refused to reimburse me for my glasses. I will never stay at this property again.

Stayed a duration of 6 days straight…read more Before I made it inside the room, I was approached by a homeless man walking throughout the property, knocking on doors asking for money. (I was extremely frightened) First room assigned, everything was in working condition and appeared cleaned. The only complaint was that the guest upstairs were partying around 3-5am in the room above. After the first day, I was moved to the back side of the unit. I was mortified with the condition of the room. (Pics below) The refrigerator which is a main amenity of the room was broken, and dirty. The bathroom sink had a black residue that hadn't been wiped prior to the next guest. The bath towel appeared nasty and unclean. The nightstand and end table had a sticky residue on it and floor was unswept and needed a good mop! After requesting to be moved, the next assignment had not even been clean. (Bed was not made, tv on, etc) Overall the final room was okay. You get what you pay for so the price definitely coincides with the quality of service!!

He went to the office the man said housekeeping wasnt there so there was nothing he could do, there was nothing he could do about the tv and he wouldn't move him to a different room or give him a refund so he could get a room somewhere else. My son called booking.com where i booked the room through and it was crazy. I just got off the phone with booking.com, still no refund. They say Rodeway Inn has 5 days from last night to respond to the complaint. So people beware of getting a room at this nasty place

My sister is staying a couple doors down and her room is fine, I guess someone just got lazy and didn't want to clean! The manager was very snappy with out check-in. There is definitely a language barrier and that was extremely frustrating to deal with. This is officially the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Do yourself a favor and run for the HILLS. YUCK. They got us in quickly and no eye rolls and glares because we had fussy children. The check in person was SO sweet! Our 4 year old was very energized due to being in a car for hours, but the heated pool was the perfect way to wear out a little of her energy. Would stay here again for sure! Didn't notice anything creepy or sketchy going on. Nothing super fancy, but a great, clean family friendly place to stay if you're in a pinch.
