The worst weight-loss program EVER! Horrible HORRIBLE experience. This place and Heidi only care about money and do not help you at all. They send you garbage from Amazon and pretend it comes from "their lab" I got scammed. $2000 went right in the trash thanks to this stupid place. If you feel like trashing a few grand then by all means go with them. But you are on your own. The packet they send you to follow is all BS they probably pulled from the internet somewhere. it's absolute garbage and I did a better job solo. Heidi acts like she is there by checking in a few times then after that she basically goes MIA and I had to ask her things just to pull some info from her. She gave no good guidance whatsoever and I regret trying this out!! They are con artists. Save your money and go do some research and find a legit weightloss company not this place! read more

I just finished 8 weeks with this program and was able to lose 17 pounds. As long as you follow there program, you're sure to lose some weight. I had difficulty losing weight and this has been the only way that I've been able to drop a significant amount. Initially following the program was difficult, but your body just has to adjust to it. I think after a while it gets much easier. The staff are always super friendly and encouraging. They are really there to answer all your questions and help out in anyway. I'm very happy with my results and would recommend this program to anyone. I overall feel healthier and have had much more energy than before. read more

This was one of the worst purchases I've made in living history. I'm not just disappointed in the quality, I'm disappointed in myself. I can't call it a scam, but the actual product was so poor that and the price so high that I feel as if it had been. If you're debating on buying, let me help: $750, which I was told was a 50% discount, got me three supplements at $30-$40 each, a $24 scale, and a short PDF about diets you could find at any low effort web page on Google. When someone tells you they'll send you customized supplements and diet based on who you are when selling, then gives you three bottles and a pamphlet before they even know your complete medical history and diet habits, it started to dawn on me that I had fallen for more marketing. As far as I can tell it's paying for a person to trade texts with you as you try to manage your weight. If they have time or like you, and you're free, maybe even a call. How this could possibly scale if it's successful and she gets more subscribers, I don't know. To shoppers who may have similar sensibilities: Ask how much you want to pay to be on someones weekly texting list, so that it helps you through your journey. If paying a doctor of chiropractic medicine with a focus in nutrition to give you supportive texts helps you, then I wish you well. But I encourage everyone to be a little bit more skeptical and read through the high promises and "saccharin" sweet reviews with more care. Finally, I am not claiming any malice or mischief was done, but in trying to make this review I found it interesting that almost all of the 57 reviews are either 5* or 1* and almost nothing in between. I'm not sure what this all means but I encourage you all to be careful. Or you may end up so disappointed with yourself that you end up making an account just to make a negative yelp review for the first time in your life. read more

DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR AND WALK AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR. the worst doctor experience I've had. There was no Communication. SHEIDA, who Signed me up Was in such a rush to sign me up for obvious reason that hardly gave a chance to ask proper questions and at one point told my in a loud voice, you don't talk just listen to me and pay $1500 then you can ask any questions you might have. If you are looking for a doc who is kind and understanding and listens to you THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. they just send you a meal plan and a few supplements ( which by the way I'm very capable of googling and doing myself. I've tried many times to resolve the issue but no one would listen. So I basically paid them $1500 for 2 weeks of supplement ( that made me sicker) and a meal plan. Not a bad way to make money $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ read more

Big fraud and the biggest liar ever. Do your research, read the reviews before you sign on anything with them, they charge you $1500 for one bodyweight which is $30, and 2 supplements I find them in Amazon around $100 and they only send you to print out a diet which you can print it out from the internet yourself and save the hell of money. She said we customized your supplement we order your pills to be made FOR YOUR BODAY from our labs!!! B.S. everyone gets the same supplements. I add the picture of my supplement it is the same as she sent to another person on the same page here! this is what she sent me and she sent exact same product to other people check the picture in the same She is a Con artist DON"T TRUST HER, DON'T THROW AWAY YOUR GOOD EARNED MONEY. read more

I tried several times to lose weight, but either I got a headache or I didn't have enough energy during the day. I had diabetes. When I asked my Family doctor if there was a way to recover from this disease, he only told me that I should lose my weight, so I made a serious decision, so I called Mrs. Hedyeh She was with me for two months and I was able to easily reduce my weight to the point where I no longer need to take medicine. I am really grateful for the time you gave me and I also thank Mrs. Neda Jan read more

I went in to see a Dr. on a Saturday morning at a nearby clinic. As I waited to be seen, I saw a Dr. pass by (busy of course) and wondered how the heck does the Dr. look so good (physically). I asked the Dr. and he introduced me to Dr. Heidi Jays. Dr. Heidi has helped me lose approximately 34 lbs in 74 days. While my results may not be everyone's, Dr. Heidi has been there to coach me. In order for anyone to have a successful story when it comes to weight loss, you must be committed, determined and willing to stop treating your body like garbage. For example, tacos, burritos, fast food, alcohol, it has to go. You may enjoy the aforementioned from time to time, but in moderation. Remember, your body will treat you as well as we treat it. I still have a ways to go, but at 46 years old I feel well and alive again. My goal is to get to 13% body fat and weigh approximately 185-190 lbs (my ideal weight). Thank you Dr. Heidi and Dr. Ryan Gorji for the referral. read more

I started the Weigh-loss program with Dr. Jafroodi 7 weeks ago, and I lost 18.5 Lb. during this time. I did not have time for exercise or work out, and I just complied with the eating program that Dr. Jafroodi sent to me. I learned what and how to eat. I do not claim I found a very athletic body; I just corrected my eating habit and got a great result. Thanks, Dr. Jafroodi read more

Total fraud ! BS. advertisement ! Big time liars!!! Don't trust them. They are ripping you off ! My goal was to lose 20to40 pound by watching their commercial advertisement I called them and agree on the plan for $1500 !!!! Yes Really stupid . They promise you can lose minimum 20lb to40to45 pound! I sign up hoping I can lose weight I never cheated I follow all the orders . They send you smart digital scale they call it body scanner and on top of that you'll get three supplement!Which you can get it from Amazon Each less than $100. And in the first week she send you diet plan for whole eight weeks there is no such a things as Weekly diet plan !!! Basically you pay $1500 for 3 supplement and one scale and eight week diet plan (you can just google it get the best plan for your body type )which you have to follow it by yourself and send a result weekly to them but there is no follow up with you unless you have a problem this is what she told me.(I don't have a time to follow up with all my patient unless they have a problem in that case they have to call me). After four week I noticed I don't get the results which I supposed to I contacted her she said double the dosage of supplement I did it and again nothing happened I contact her again she told me she's gonna send me one week special diet plan I lost only 1 pound in that week total of 13.60lb in 8 weeks. That's it. When I contact her again to tell her I'm not happy at all with this result I have to reach my minimum goal .she was so rude and arrogant ( wow it's not gonna be free ) that's what she told me .and also after 8weeks now she is telling me I need to do a test for food sensitivity! It's not free you have to pay $150 separate to know if you have any food sensitivity. don't you think you have to do this even before starting the plan for your client . even on that contract says if you don't see a result you have to contact them and go to the office get the test done over there but this is all BS. My advice to you guys stay away from her stay away from this purple. There is no such a $200 gift card all those advertisements are huge lies . There is no guarantee that's what she said.I want my money back or you have to provide me more supplement until I reach the goal which we agree on . Liars read more

WARNING: FRAUD! DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THEM. 1- I was promised to be under supervision of a doctor in this program to lose weight. There was no doctor. I NEVER visited the so called doctor nor they give me any prescription but they asked me to go and get the prescription from any other doctors. They asked me to do a test related to their program for which I had to go and find another doctor or do it without prescription for an extra cost of $350. 2- They charged my health insurance in the amount of $500.00, in addition to the direct charging me. 3- I did what they said and their plan did not worked at all. The person in charge of talking with me was unprofessional. She had no knowledge. She made of call every week for less than 5 minutes and that was it. 4- Lastly I asked them for the extensions of my weeks which was rejected by Ladan (the specialist) in a very rude way. I asked to talk to a supervisor or someone responsible and she refused to transfer me. I told her I am not happy with this service and she replied: " GO AND DO WHATEVER YOU WANNA DO" and hung ip on me. 5- I emailed them and explained the situation. Explained the way their team member spoke with me and and how the program didn't help me to lose even 1 pound despite of following it's instruction and how I never saw the doctor herself. The response to my E-mail was one line that I can go and see the doctor on a certain date and time. They did not even bother to write a simple apology. I experienced extreme disappointment and humiliation. They treated me like a trash after charging me $1,700.00. I asked for my money back but they don't have returns. read more

I am so happy I decided to go to Dr J to lose some weight I gained while at Grad school. Dr J. is a Chiropractic Dr (DC) and she is very knowledgeable when it comes to patient care and diets. I was able to pick her brain during the initial visit and learn that she studied integrative and functional medicine just to better assess her patients and help them with weight loss. At grad school, I was really stressed out and although I ate healthy, I still gained weight. I struggled to lose the weight and no matter what I did, I failed. When I met Dr J, I had SO MANY doubts. Will this work? What if I won't lose it, because on my own I was unsuccessful many times. Dr J, assured me that as long as I follow the exact diet, I WILL lose the weight. She was right! On the first week alone (which in the hardest week and the week where you lose the most weight), I lost 9 pounds and from there on, I kept on losing. I can not wait to fo another round with her. Diets keep changing weekly based on how much fat you have lost, so I am excited knowing the diets will be tailored to my needs. I highly recommend Best Weight to anyone who really wants to lose weight. You just have to stick to it, and follow it exactly. I lost 22 pounds in 8 weeks. Thank you Dr. J. read more

big fraud and the biggest liars ever. please read the contract before you sign because there is nothing in the contract about your diet plan except money, all they want is your money, there is absolutely no follow up aftet you sign the contract, they just give you copy paste plans for everyone no matter how much weight you are. i was food sensitivities but dr jafroodi gave me a diet plan that was exactly included the foods i was sensitive to because they don't bother themselves to take a look at your lab results. they claim that they can treat your diabetes or cholesterol problems with their diets but do not believe these liars. read more

I Honestly don't know where to start with writing this review. I have struggled with losing weight my whole life I have done many remedies, been on many diet plans but was never able to see my results quick enough or be satisfied with the program so I never really sticked to it but from the moment I started hearing about best weight it really caught my attention. So I sat down did my research and decided even though it is a bit on the pricier side it seems really legit and will give it a try. From the very first call I had with Dr. Heidi Jays I got greeted with such respect it reeled me In some more she then went on to explain the program and with the knowledge I heard I knew this had to be the diet for me. I ended up starting my journey on Oct 1 2020 and so far have lost 30lbs, 6% body fat, 4.1 BMI 4 visceral fat, 6% subcutaneous fat, and have also lowered my metabolic age, many people like myself think dieting is just about losing the pounds but it really isn't there is so much more that goes into it and so much more that you actually get out that is why I really liked this diet you sit down weekly with your Dr and go over all of your numbers and how much healthier you really are getting even though that certain week you maybe only lost a couple pounds but you have to look deeper and notice that it's not only about the pounds that week you also lost some body fat, visceral fat, your BMI went lower etc... and seeing this weekly and having that person with knowledge telling me about my numbers and how much healthier you actually are getting really helps and they are also great motivators that keep you pushing to get to your goal no matter what they are always a phone call, email, text away no matter where in the country you are which is also a plus. With all of that being said if you are reading this because you are skeptical of starting another diet plan that you don't know if it will work or not or even if this is your first diet you're going on trust me you're definitely in the right place go for it! Start your journey and you will start seeing the results very soon and will fall more and more in love with it day in and out. I have never felt better in my life physically, mentally or emotionally I have fell in love with myself again and loving the person I am becoming. read more

I did weight loss Program and I lost 20 pounds within 8 weeks. I have tried so many other diets in the past such as keto, no carb, exercise focused and I have not ever lost anything like this program. I had high sugar and cholesterol so my diet focused on reducing them and also losing the fat. This diet gave my body the shock that it needed to start burning the fat. It was a strict but very comfortable and adjustable diet and I loved it. Lots of modifications that you can do with your protein and veggie choices and that is why I loved because I am a very picky eater. My cholesterol is reduced and I'm very happy. This diet has changed my lifestyle and has thought me so much about my body and being healthy. 100% recommend. Thank you for making me feel and look great. read more
