I leave, and they never call me about them being ready. I call back the next day and they are indeed ready so I picked them up. So they get the job done, but I couldn't believe what an awkward interaction it had to be.. it's like she was going out of her way to NOT do customer service. I don't need customer service to go out of their way to treat me like a Princess, but at least communicate with me like a person who does a service and wants their business to succeed?
