James Turner and Best Roofing Now have been a delight to work with on a project that arose when a large pine tree fell on our home after a period of heavy rain. My daughter and son-in-law recommended them for the great work they had done for them in replacing their roof. As soon as the tree was removed from the roof with the major use of a huge crane, James and his team were out to tarp the roof. As we dealt with the insurance company, starting the actual job was delayed. James sent out one of his team members to check the tarping and then sent his team member out immediately when I let him know that a major wind storm blew the tarp totally off. With a series of rainstorms predicted in the weather forecast, James sped up the process and got the new roof up in record time before the storms hit. Throughout the entire process, James was the best in communicating with us, letting us know the steps in the process, and offering assistance in dealing with the insurance company. First to answer our emergency calls on Christmas weekend, getting a roof with you guys was a great decision! A majority of headache in managing the logistics, etc was totally taken care of and the roof turned out fantastic alongside the new gutters as well. We went a step further and also got a solar panel package by word of mouth and it also turned out great! I called them and they were so friendly came out the same day looked at my roof and said that insurance would approve it and they would meet with them to insure that. So I signed with them and they contacted my insurance claim and we filed it together. They then met them and got my roof approved and then replaced the roof in one day and cleaned up perfectly. I paid $500 for a brand new roof with a great warranty. They were all friendly and went above and beyond even cleaned my gutters and fixed on at new cost. read more
