Exceptional Customer Service and Real Accountability…read more Service recovery was amazing! After our initial disappointing start, I felt sharing some feedback was paramount to continue with our solar investment. I was genuinely impressed by how seriously the owner, Justice, took it. He didn't just listen--he actually implemented a new policy based on a gap in customer service. What really stood out was that he personally came out to meet with us, apologized for the inconvenience, and walked us through the improvements they've made. It's rare to see that level of ownership and commitment to doing better. You can tell this company truly values its customers and is always looking to improve. After Justice left we felt heard, respected, and confident in their service. Highly recommend!

Once they got paid, poof, vanished. No permits applied, no site visits, nothing started. Promised completion dates? Lies. We have never had such reliable, quality service. We were skeptical that one person could care for this property all by himself. He will probably do it with the same quality and reliability we have come to expect from him. On a final note, his services are available for a fair and competitive price.

We've been using these guys for 17 years. They are always Jonnie-on-the-spot for service calls…read more In the summer, when the A/C goes out 3 hours before a huge event is taking place at your home can be REALLY stressful. Appliance Tech found time in their busy schedule to come over and diagnose the problem. Not just pull and replace but they actually found a simple bad capacitor in the A/C motor outside and replaced it. That's what we really like about Appliance Tech; they analyze and repair. Not "pull & replace" like so many others do. Keep up the good work gang!

I had an appointment made through Best Buy for a repair on a gas oven that was emitting carbon…read moremonoxide gas. The appointment was for between 9-1 the next day. No body called or showed up, after I called (twice because of no answer - have to leave a message and wait for a call back) I received a return call saying they didn't realize I lived in Laurel -- it's clear in the address -- they needed to reschedule. Fine, my next appointment was for a week later. The night before my appointment, I got a call at 9:00 PM to let me know that the repairman was sick and I'd need to (again) reschedule. OK, but they couldn't make the appointment any sooner than another week out. In my opinion, two plus weeks is too long to have to wait for a repair person when there is a serious problem. I told this to Pam (lady on the phone) and she said she realized my issue but had to push everyone back a week. The reason that I am giving 2 stars as opposed to 1, is that I am not waiting another week, I am taking my business elsewhere, so I don't know how good the actual repair part of this business is - but based on my experience this time I will never find out either.
