The only reason I can laugh about it now is because action pest control responded to my request very promptly and took care of the issue right away. He also made sure to tell me that he guarantees his work and to let him know if I noticed any evidence of them returning and he would take care of it. I didn't need to, but that was super reassuring.

He uses a fab method to find the breaches in our home's exterior and then put out bait traps in those locations. He'll return 30 days later to check the traps and monitor the progress he's made. Action Pest Control is a long-held family business. Alex's professionalism, knowledge and expertise made the price ABSOLUTELY worth it. Refreshing to call a service and have everything go well, especially having an employee who is wearing a clean uniform, who shows up when he says he will, and gets a job done cheerfully. Thanks Action Pest Control!

I waited til 8pm and never heard from them. The next morning I called the office to inquire and I was told they had stopped by my house the night before but the roof was too steep for them to access. I called beartooth pest control and they were able to easily access the wasp nest from inside the house without any ladders or equipment. They were in and out, job done in 10 minutes. I am leaving a negative review because they never bothered to call me, or actually look at the nest. Armstrong disrespected my time by hanging me on all day and essentially no showing me.
