I wanted to like Bastian, I really did. But my experience was far less than satisfactory, though…read moreI'm not sure if it was all their fault. A few months ago, my car started showing symptoms of impending alternator failure. Based on positive Internet reviews, I took it to Bastian. They said they wouldn't be able to look at it until the end of the week but suggested I leave the car with them rather than chance driving it. At week's end, they diagnosed the alternator problem and quoted $150-250 to rebuild or replace it the following week. I agreed. Things went downhill from there. They called to say they were able to rebuild the alternator but, in putting back in the car, other parts had broken requiring further work. They worded this carefully, avoiding responsibility and claiming it was due to the car's age. I felt I had no choice but to agree to this additional work. Over a week after I initially brought the car to them, I paid almost $800 to get my car back. It ran very rough and sounded like they'd ripped the muffler off, unacceptably loud. I was able to get this fixed at another local mechanic who found holes in the exhaust piping and patched them. So, I suffered a very long wait for my car, their claims of additional parts spontaneously disintegrating when they reassembled my car, a final price far exceeding the original quote, and return of my car in an unacceptable driving condition. I won't return to Bastian.

I brought my car in to Bastian because I was told by one parts store that I needed shocks and…read morestruts. I wasn't sure if I needed them or not, but after the mechanics looked at my car here, they couldn't find anything wrong! I appreciate the honesty from this business in not charging me for work that I didn't need to have done when I probably wouldn't have known any better either way. The staff here is incredibly friendly, helpful and fast. I would come back!

Took my 2010 BMW into this dealers service department for a open recall on the airbag. They…read moreinformed there was also second recall in the vehicle, and the car would need at least a three hour service appointment because the valve cover ( top of the engine ) would need to be removed and new gaskets would be used. Okay cool.... That day 15 minutes before they closed I get a text telling me the car has a major vacuum leak, and if they were to fix it it would cost me over $1700. I informed them that the car ran perfect, so it must have been something they did. I requested to speak to the service manager. I was told he would get back to me. I had to call him Monday morning and I was informed even though my car wasn't broken when dropped off, it miraculously sprouted a vacuum leak and it was my problem. He then chuckled that the car was a 2010, and talked down to me like I didn't know what I was talking about. And hung up on me. Turns out they didn't remove the valve cover and shouldn't have been anywhere near the alleged vacuum leak. So went to pick up the car, start it. The idle is all over the place, bucks and chugs the whole way out of the parking lot, and service engine light is on. I go back inside and request to speak to the general manager. Service manager is reluctant and tells me it's pointless because the general manager will tell me the same thing. The GM listens to me, I informed him the car was 100% when dropped off now it won't hardly run. This clown tells me that it must be a coincidence that it broke and tells me he has too much other work and doesn't have time to deal with me. But offers to call me a tow truck, or I can pay them to diagnose my car that they broke!!! So I eventually got the car home service light still on. Stay far away from these arrogant clueless clowns, that more than willing to tell you how many years of experience they have at 30 years old!!!

When I…read moreended up needing a car last minute they sold me one I was not looking for with many defects I found out about after the fact. The odometer is completely digital and will periodically not display when in use. This is one of the many issues the car has and if you believe it, they could care less once you sign that dotted line. To top it off the finance manager is a complete tool with no redeeming aspects to them. Treating every no I offered as a chance to sell me on something else I didn't need and ended up not helping me in the end. (Shocker right?) If you are looking for a bmw don't go here. Service is awful, selection is worse, and they'll do whatever they can to scam you with a smile on their face. There is a location not far from them that actually gets back to you and has a better selection. Hopefully they close soon because no one is ever on the lot looking at the 5 cars they have for sale and they are way over staffed.

It was brand new and driven in from Jersey. It was not put on the back of a tow truck. I had 400 Niles on it when I was handed over the keys. 5 years later, I have been contacted by them via email to come in for oil changes I refuse to do so. The Salesforce made it very obvious to me that all they wanted was my money. I will never go back to this dealership. I have nothing good to say about them and I will let everyone within the sound of my voice now not to deal with this location. Buyer beware. The staff here are as ruthless as they come. They make it very obvious that all they care about is the money. The mechanics are even worse. They should have never let me walk back there to see my car.

Ciocca Honda has retained a few various staff and sales folk over the years, from their inception as the old Fairfield Honda here decades ago. Sales tends to be a low-pressure situation, where you are free to roam the business at your own pace--and then notify a sales rep when ready to test or buy. If you are here for Service, the waiting area is a clean, pleasant place to wait while your vehicles is getting serviced. Complimentary water and coffee remain here, while the Covid pandemic appears to have killed the free popcorn that used to be served. Service staff always seem patient and friendly, and try to separate out what is required maintenance and what you need to be aware of ahead of time. Few new or used cars are currently available, due to the Covid pandemic--quite a wide selection of cars used to be available here, previously. Ciocca appears to be pushing Service very hard these days, which makes sense considering car sales appear to be severely low due to lack of stock. We don't have much choice for Honda sales or service in the Williamsport region, as Ciocca Honda is it--and it's not a bad place, overall.
