Cartopia Detailing / 365 Auto on W Fourth St in williamsport…read morePA, is easily the most dangerous, incompetent, and unprofessional shop I have ever dealt with in my life. This isn't just bad service. This is straight up mechanical negligence and zero regard for customer safety. The "mechanic" here clearly has no idea what he's doing. Basic installations that any competent tech should handle without issue were completely butchered. He destroyed parts of my vehicle by installing the rear sway bar links incorrectly and literally hammering on the surface of my rotors instead of using the proper tools like someone who actually knows what they're doing. I've now had two separate mechanics look at the car and both confirmed the same thing. The vehicle was dangerously unsafe to drive after leaving this shop. Instead of taking responsibility like a professional, he blames the aftermarket parts that he personally approved or starts attacking customers for "Googling things" when called out. The environment at this place is just as bad as the work they do. * Substance use. The main mechanic has been seen getting high while working on vehicles. Think about that for a second. The person responsible for the safety of your car is impaired while doing the work. * Drama and vandalism. The shop is surrounded by constant drama and chaos. There have even been situations where people's cars were getting slashed because of the personal problems the staff drags into the business. If you care about your vehicle or your safety do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. There are plenty of honest shops out there. This is not one of them.

Murray Motors Ford & Mazda - Sales Staff enjoying the North Central Mustang Club Car Show

When I…read moredecided the payment would be to high I advised I would need to add a trade vehicle to the mix. I was low balled on the trade but figured that's the game you play at car dealerships. So I asked my salesman Tanner three times now in roughly three weeks if he could check on my trade value quote again as I'm close to the deal I would be comfortable with. Three times he's said he'll check into it the next day and three times I've heard nothing. Not a great way to do business or treat potential customers. Glad I read the other reviews before proceeding any further.

Recently, I had a message come up on the screen saying that there was a malfunction in the airbag system and now the airbag no longer works. A few days ago, the AC system quit working completely. Then I find the original sticker price was only $29,000 when it was brand new - Murray charged me $25,000 for this vehicle. I just looked at the used price on KBB and it should not have been ANY MORE than $23,000. I called them today to see if they would help me out with the issues (obviously upset when I called) and they basically told me there was nothing they could do since it was not in warranty. Then the guy literally lectured me on how I was coming across to him on the phone - sorry, guy.....who wouldn't be upset about this?? I just gave you $25,000 on a used truck that you overpriced me on and now you can't help me at all? It is a horrible shame, too....I had a great experience with Murray back in 2007 when I bought a Honda Civic from them. The Sales Manager is a pompous jerk. Do not go here, the customer service was awful. I am extremely disappointed with them and their lack of help with a used truck I've only made two payments on!!!!

It's a work truck, but I've owned it for a long time and I know the mechanicals are in good shape. I made it clear, repeatedly that I wasn't interested in a show truck, my top priority was to have the body and interior solid, inspectable, and free of rust. I received a cautious estimate of two months to do the work and $12000 to $15000. That seemed fair. After about 6 months and several significant partial payments, I finally received a call and was told work was done and the total bill was $21000! I get it that work can exceed estimates, but running that far over without notifying me was completely unprofessional. The bill was negotiated down to $19000. I sucked it up and paid, I already had significant money invested and overall, the work I had seen in progress looked good, although a number of issues we had discussed had not been addressed. I wasn't happy, but it was over. I passed on writing a review, I kind of figured if I'd stayed more on top of them, the situation might not have gotten so out of hand. Right... I had to repair the front emergency cable today, (nothing to do with Muncy Rest. Works.), but to do so I had to pull up the floor mats for access. I found the drivers side floorboard is badly rusted. I can see the road through the cab floor! THEY COULD NOT HAVE CHECKED UNDER THEM, ONE OF THE MOST LIKELY PLACES FOR RUST! Even the most half-butted shade tree mechanic knows that this is a common place for rust issues! This was exactly the kind of issue I paid them to take care of. I'm not disappointed, I'm angry! Before I'd have said I wouldn't recommend them, now I'll actively warn people away from Muncy Restoration Works. I would grade them with a D. In my opinion they are unprofessional, and at best not thorough or careful, showing either incompetent or dishonesty. They do seem to be able to do pretty good quality filler and paint work, but I will never recommend them. If you take a car to them, you should probably plan on having to be in constant contact and regularly inspect the work as it progresses. Who wants to deal with an operation like that?

I had my trucks oil changed and they noticed that the inspection was due by the end of the month so…read morethey did the inspection a couple weeks early and nothing was needed. That's fine but jump ahead two months into the first week of October 7th and I had to replace not only the rear breaks but also the rear rotors. They can see on average how many miles were driven over the last year and if something won't even last six months shouldn't us as customers be notified before we pay an extra couple hundred dollars in expenses. I would have gladly paid for the break pads in August but since the truck passed inspection I thought nothing about it. Today I took my truck back because I was noticing a vibration when I applied the breaks and ended up paying for new rear breaks and rotors. As I mentioned earlier if they are even close should they not tell the customer and give them the option of replacing them? I was told that two is passable but three or four is preferred, this is all information that should be shared at the point of decision as far as I am concerned but wasn't. I hope people read my full review instead of finding it a run on rant since before the s I had absolutely no issues with them but now I'm concerned about take ng my vehicles back there again.
