As soon as I got it, it broke, it ran rough, stalled, and lacked the power I know it had. The problem was the timing. I took it here and they were the nicest people! It did take 3-4 weeks to get my car fixed and back to me. I've had the car back for almost 3 weeks and my check engine light has come back on. I have been beating the car to bits, so it probably is my fault and I have yet to contact them about it as of today (2/28/2020)

Unfortunately, with my car and the simple task that should have been completed, it wasn't done as expected, as you can see in the pictures. Additionally, some of the damage to the vehicle, which isn't particularly serious, is evident in the pictures. However, the two last pictures show that the side that was hit has the lights misaligned. Furthermore, there's a small drop of paint in the vehicle that they apparently missed. I didn't reach out to them again because I thought it was a waste of time, especially since they couldn't get the job right the first time. Why should I have to give them another chance to make it worse? This really has me frustrated because the person who worked on my vehicle is in Texas, and I don't have the time or money to send them there or pay them right now. I was trying to find a trusted body shop nearby, but I made a mistake.. And I don't know how much it was. It was an insurance claim since another vehicle hit my vehicle.

Following her lead, I''ve taken my vehicle there a couple times over the last decade, even though I generally live in Virginia or California. And the customer services is nice and professional. I left them the wrong keys and they kindly drove over to get the right ones.

Tom the manger is NOT about keeping the customer happy, not about honesty. They should have told they damaged property but they hid it, the stolen items they won't admit to that, it was there when i took my car in when I needed it it was GONE.... They did not complete the services that was paid for, damaged, removed property so in all ZERO value. This is why my insurance company will NOT work with their bodyshop in Mansfield.... the same thing montourseville count your days your under investigation by the insurance company...i will NOT withdrawal my review nor my complaint see below pictures of damaged item, can NOT photograph the other stuff that they removed from my car
