The owner agreed to help us try to problem solve, and was not only able to fix it, but fixed it well enough that we didn't have to start over again when we got back home (our initial thought for the fix was going to essentially ruin the rails and our new bedliner). He didn't charge much, was super flexible, and more than competent. If we lived in the area, we'd be regulars for sure.

My car started failing and I stopped by the shop. Brian plugged my car into the diagnostic machine but my car was not providing any readings.
