So I waited knowing that I was not in a big hurry, but was looking to schedule "Service". So I call back, lady puts me on hold telling me the Service guy is speaking to a customer. 20 minutes later I am told he's really busy and for me to leave my name and number once again. Time goes by and after no return call I call again. This day I am told that Joe is the only salesperson and for me to leave my name and number. So again no return call. So today I call back and the lady is like the Service guy won't be in until later and I should leave my name and number..... so I do. Then she asks what I was calling about and I said politely, "I'm a little confused here, I have left numerous messages and no return calls, maybe he doesn't want to work on a Yamaha ATV, I don't know." She says, "I'm the only one that takes messages and I don't remember you ever calling." So I start providing the above info on my calls and she interrupts me and says, "You are being irrational, this is a family business you have an attitude." Well this pathetic business won't be getting anymore of my business or my money. Piss poor way to run a business.

Make/model" etc. This is my first motorcycle and I don't pretend to be a motorcycle expert, but the employee was acting like I asked him to sell me some medical marijuana. Seriously? 0/10 for customer service. Then he finally takes my information down and takes forever "checking inventory". At last, he says he can get it in. Great! I'm a college student and I want this motorcycle running as fast as yesterday, so I need this battery asap. Low and behold I stop by the next day and wait, they need a minimum amount of time for my card to clear the payment! Okay, not too unreasonable. Then I finally get the damn battery and it's some kind of joke. The thing is way too small for my motorcycle and drains just from one attempted ignition. Don't buy from this place, they clearly don't have their s**t together.
