Ordinarily an Aberdeen caregiver is scheduled to be with my cousin just a few mornings per week, and there was no one on duty last Friday when some visiting neighbors became concerned that she was unwell and phoned Aberdeen for help. The Aberdeen Case Manager, Diana Shepherd, promptly rushed over to my cousin's house to check and take care of her. Diana then stayed with my cousin until she could arrange for Aberdeen caregivers to stay with her 24/7 until the health crisis passed. I appreciate that it was not easy to find caregivers on such short notice, and am grateful to those kind caregivers who rearranged their schedules during this busy holiday season just to be with my cousin. I live four hours away, so having this dedicated team in place means the world to me, and gives me great peace of mind. I cannot say enough good things about Aberdeen, and Diana and her wonderful caregivers!

He was still waiting and the call bell was still ringing! There was many days when no rehab PT or OT would show up. He would go to group exercises classes but he was not independent in movement both lower extremities ! The head nurse was nice, the greeters were friendly. The Dr assist was kind and good. The nurse on main floor have too many patients for good care.

Last November a friend of mine was very sick and was…read morediagnosed with Walking Pneumonia. He got a little better but then would get sick again. He was in a few times but kept getting worse. His muscles were breaking down from non mobility. ( he's in his 80's) He was sent to a rehabilitation facility for PT , rest and what have you . It didn't go well ! He ended up signing himself out' because the care wasn't very good . Needless to say he ended up back in the hospital. The hospital recommended that he go to a rehabilitation facility for Physical Therapy and care . He refused to go back to the previous facility. Thankfully he didn't !!!!!! He was sent to a place called Hathrone Hill in Danvers Ma . If I could give this facility 10 Stars I would! From the first time I went to visit to the day he was released, I was impressed! You are greeted by friendly and informative staff. They show you how to check in and give directions to the room . As my husband and I went to the elevator we noticed how clean everything was. We also noticed the PT areas and activity areas were also very well maintained. We made over way to our friend room and dinner was being served. OMG ! It looked , smelt and from what he said , tasted delicious. ( the other facility's food wasn't even close to being that good ). I don't think it's appropriate to name them as I don't write bad reviews. Hathrone Hill is worth writing about. I think it's hard enough to see a family or friend going through medical issues. So having a place you feel comfortable with is a major stress relief ! I waited until my friend was released to write this because truthfully I was ready to write this review from day one ! I waited until he was released because I felt that I needed to write a review of this importants , that was not just the first impression but also the last! I avoided PT for years after a bad body-shaming experience at a different practice, but I finally…read moredecided to give Professional PT in Middleton after hearing positive reviews from a former patient. Normally I feel self conscious in any exercise-related setting, but I've felt completely comfortable at this practice. My pain has reduced significantly as a result of the treatment, and I actually enjoy going to sessions to socialize with the staff members and other patients. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. It almost feels like being part of a community. The crazy thing is that I would have never picked up a set of weights prior to PT despite doctors hounding me to exercise, and now I feel motivated to continue staying active after I finish treatment. Thanks, Molly, Jason, Rachel, Maggie, and the rest of the crew!

When my 96 year old Mother suddenly required hands-on-care during the middle of the Covid 19…read morepandemic, I was at a loss. Thankfully, my daughters knew Caroline H. who works for this agency. After a short hospital stay which disrupted both her diet and memory, Mom needed hands-on help until a room was available in assisted living. It was such a blessing to have Emily G. and Julie R. as the aides Caroline assigned. They pureed her meals, reminded her to take medications, provided mental stimulation and even some physical exercise. One or the other of the aides was in her apartment 7 hours a day 7 days a week for 10 weeks. the care they provided was in every way exceptional and the genuine respect they showed was wonderful since she had already lost so much. And finally, the fact that my previously independent Mom looked forward each day to simply having them arrive is in the end the best testimonial of all. Giana P is a MIRACLE worker! I first saw her about two years ago when I was pregnant with my first…read moredaughter. I was having arm pain and she was able to fix it and show me stretches that worked so well the pain never returned. Then during the same pregnancy I got major intense pain near my S1 joint and sciatica. She got me right in and cured that in just a couple sessions! I went from limping around screaming in pain for weeks until I saw her and it was seriously like night and day! I feel so lucky I saw her before I delivered also bc I was in tip top shape and fully aligned for a natural childbirth that went textbook perfect! So this time around with my second pregnancy when my S1/sciatica pain started again, I went to see her and I have been 100 percent better after just one appointment with her! I seriously can not thank her enough and I feel like I need to share her name with anyone looking for a PT but especially any one pregnant with this common pain issue! I am now 38.5 weeks pregnant and I feel like I could run a marathon, when before I saw her I was barley limping around and crying almost every hour when I hd to walk at work or manage my toddler at home. She is seriously amazing! My husband kept saying "you need to go back to see Giana!" And I was so busy I put it off bc I needed to see my PCP for a referrals first and I was hoping it would go away.
