Because of my Mother in law's unique condition I was promised she would be placed with an aide that was both understanding and knowledgeable and she definitely is. Her laundry is being done and grocery shopping is no longer something I have to try and fit in my busy schedule. Bathing was a big issue and struggle and I am thrilled that she is agreeing to it and she looks and feels great because of the care she has been receiving . We have used Adams Healthcare to supplement my father's caretaking as he is a fall risk and…read morerequires 24/7. I have found that the caretakers through Adam's are very respectful of the client and they family. They provide the level of communication you desire - if you want to get updates daily or every few hours, they will accomodate. We also had a direct contact who would share when a new caretaker was joining the team or if there was someone who had a conflict and someone new was filling in. I didn't have to worry that my father had safe coverage and that he was receiving a high quality of care. They also worked well with my father's memory care facility and with the hospice nurses. There are a lot of moving parts sometimes that can make communication and coordination complex, but Adams is very proactive and accomodating.
