Parking - plenty; shared lot Prices here are very competitive for a quality massage. Clean, peaceful, professional. My review is for 60-90 min table massage. I always ask for Peter. I had and have some neck issues; the first time I came in I could not move my neck to the right at all. Peter has such strong hands, he knows what trigger points/reflexology to press to release the muscle(s). This type of massage though is not gentle, it's really to release tension and it may hurt a bit ..but you will come out feeling amazing. I'm sure you can always ask for more or less pressure. I've since moved away 30ish min away but I will continue to come back here! I'd only suggest that they make their music a little longer and ask if any guests would like a heat lamp. I strongly suggest them when you're looking to help fix or rebalance the body. read more

I really wanted to have a better experience here, and I debated how to rate it because I do think this place may be a good fit for someone specifically looking for a very firm, deep-tissue massage at an affordable price. Unfortunately, that was not what I was looking for or what I repeatedly asked for. I called that morning hoping to find somewhere nearby that could accommodate me on short notice. I had been staying at the hospital nearby and sleeping on a very firm couch, so my back desperately needed some relief. This location was less than five minutes away, they were able to get me in pretty quickly, and their pricing was very affordable. Those were all definite positives. The experience started off a little awkwardly. When I arrived, there wasn't much of a greeting or explanation of the process. I was eventually asked which massage I wanted, and after looking at the menu, I chose a 45 minute table massage. I wasn't given any intake paperwork or asked about areas of concern, injuries, pressure preference, or areas to avoid. I was simply shown to the room and left to figure out the rest based on my previous experience getting massages. Once the massage began, the pressure was immediately extremely deep. I told the therapist, "Light, please. I want a relaxation massage." When the pressure continued, I said "ouch" and asked several more times for lighter pressure. Unfortunately, it remained extremely firm throughout most of the massage. My biggest concern was not simply that the massage was too deep for my preference. It was that I was clearly communicating that the pressure hurt and repeatedly asking for it to be reduced, yet very little changed. At one point, the pressure on my lower back hurt enough as the therapist was pressing on my bones at this point, that I physically reacted and lifted up from the table before the therapist stopped pressing that particular area. Now, almost 24 hours later, I am still experiencing significant discomfort across my back. My skin and the areas over my bones feel bruised and tender to the touch, to the point that I have taken something to try to alleviate the discomfort. I have had massages before, including massages with firm pressure, and I have never experienced this level of soreness and pain afterward. I understand that some people absolutely love very deep pressure, and I can understand why someone specifically seeking that might enjoy this establishment. If you're looking for extremely firm pressure at an affordable price and don't need much of the traditional spa experience, this may work well for you. The pricing is reasonable, and they were able to accommodate me quickly. For me, however, "deep tissue" and "painful" are not the same thing. More importantly, when a client repeatedly says "lighter," "ouch," and "that hurts," the pressure should be adjusted immediately. Being on a massage table is already a vulnerable position, and with a language barrier as well, I reached a point where I was simply trying to get through the 45 minutes rather than continuing to argue about the pressure. Looking back, I wish I had ended the massage early. I don't expect a lot of fluff or luxury when I'm choosing a more affordable massage establishment. I'm perfectly happy to skip the bells and whistles if the massage itself delivers what I requested. Unfortunately, between the lack of intake or discussion beforehand, my repeated requests for lighter pressure not being followed, and the amount of discomfort I am experiencing the following day, this experience missed the mark for me. read more

Best deep tissue massage there is...Ask for Max for the deepest tissue, but everyone there is good. The foot massage is great too

As a Yelp Elite reviewer for years, I take my reviews very seriously. I understand that businesses are trying to do the best they can but I also understand that consumers work hard for their money. I have tried The Best Golden Spa a few times. I have noticed they have shorted me on time. Today, May 24, I went in and looked at the time and at 11:40 the massage began. During the massage the masseuse had to walk away a couple times. After completion I paid and was walking out the door at 11:05! They don't use timers... ummm where's the rest of what I oaid for? I would not suggest going here, if you want the full value of your money. I give two stars because the actual massage was good during the shorted amount of time. I will be going elsewhere in the future. I would recommend bringing your own timer if you do go to this establishment. Thanks for reading. read more

I have been searching for a place that can do true reflexology massages and deep tissue / trigger point release. It's rare to find a therapist who really knows the body and can sense where your problems are and fix them. This place has that. I have been holding so much stress and tension in my back and shoulders that it's causing other physical problems like skin issues, illness, fatigue etc. When I came here for a 30 min reflexology and 15 min chair massage, I was so blown away by how much better I felt IMMEDIATELY. I slept like a baby that night, for the first time in 8 years. I'll definitely be back. Probably weekly. For the rest of my life. read more

Man I love this place! Say it louder for the people in the back, Jen! Ok! I love this place! Ok at first the lobby is welcoming and they've rearranged it a bit since Covid but it's still welcoming but then once you order your service, which I pray for your tender lil piggies that you choose that Foot Joy, then you're lead to the back which feels like a trap.. did I just get sold into slavery for a foot rub- but you didn't , I promise! The dim lighting is gonna help you block out everything, the music is going to relax you to a point of no return and the lack of communication (talking) is going to allow you to float away into an amazing place. So stick with me (& them) !!! For the Foot Joy- the prices have gone up with Covid- understandably so, but it's still an amazing price point for what you get! First they soak your feet in Chinese herbs- I dont know what these are but give me more!!! They are so relaxing, I can never smell them but I can feel the impact on my whole body immediately! Then here comes the reflexology!!! Oh .... my.... goodness! This is the best foot experience I have ever had! I drive 45 mins for this bad boy! And you can never have too much Foot Joy so do yourself a favor and get the hour. This time I got 30 min massage and 30 min Foot Joy! That massage... well lemme tell ya this- when she climbed on top of the table to start my back- I knew she was NOT THERE to Disappoint! And lil sis Did NOT disappoint! Now I will say, the men are more detailed on the Foot Joy! I mean throw my leg over your shoulder to massage the back of my thigh- kinda detailed so don't be alarmed when they motion for u to lift that quad! It's a good thing I promise!!! Thank me later, hunny!! read more

Nice deep tissue massage for a pulled muscle. It really helped and the price wasn't bad at all.

I really enjoyed this place! The staff are very nice but kinda has strong accents, so a little hard to understand but just so you know. I got a 60 min table massage and it was so good! I 100% recommend people come here! Also my service was $76 so incredibly affordable!!! read more

Low Cost and Convenient! Best Golden Spa is perfect for a spontaneous "time out" during the day. The walk-in customers I've witnessed have ALWAYS been appreciative and complimentary of the services. A friendly, "relaxed" customer is a fantastic indicator of Best Golden Spa's commitment. My foot massage was so relaxing I decided to add-on a 20 minute neck massage. Because of the low cost and convenience, I was 100% satisfied. I have spread the word to my busy Mom friends who don't seem to have enough time to "schedule" and stay committed to an appt. Afterwards, I enjoy a glass of wine at Ethel's just a few doors down. read more

Definitely have to get the right massage therapist. Allen is the man ! He found every knot, every sore spot, listened to me as knee injured so avoided it. I've gotten massages at the four seasons, Miravel, this one is better as far as how you feel when you leave!! read more

We go to this place for foot massages. They usually have last-minute availability, which makes it convenient. The place is spacious and clean. It is tranquil inside. We always have relaxing sessions here. Communication is a bit of a challenge, but not a major issue. read more

How have we lived here for so many years and never knew about this place? My husband, son, and I were able to walk in (after calling ahead) and were seen right away. We each had 30-minute foot massages and then 30-minute full body massages (son opted for the chair massage). The massage area is very dimly lit, making us feel so relaxed and comfortable. We will definitely be going back, but next time, we'll have longer services. read more

I absolutely love coming here. It's my favorite mid-day get away. The foot and chair massage combo is the best. It's very quiet and peaceful inside. I developed a bunch of lactic acid from working really hard and my feet were hurting so I went in here one day around 5 PM and man was I shocked at how professional and beautiful this place was. Very good therapist. Purely professional, and good results. The place is very clean. I felt so much better the next day. And then took my wife here this evening and she too loved it. I even took my three-year-old daughter and they gave her a little foot massage and it was awesome. read more

Clean environment, fast service. Staff is friendly and experience can vary based on who works on you.

Been here before in Dec and had an excellent table massage. This time however, after waiting 20 minutes after the massage was supposed to start, I got up and walked out. I had to wait for my husband so I couldn't leave, leave. The woman tried to make it sound like it was our fault. There is a language barrier. But after sitting in the lobby observing how they take customers in, they apparently don't want to turn anyone away and just shepherd them back. No time management skills. read more

Had two 90 minute massages scheduled. After waiting for 20 minutes NO one came in the room. Waited for other to finish. The other massage felt like it was a workout and not a massage. Beware of this place you may not get what you want read more

There are not many places that have miracles workers but this place has several... I'm 31 and have been getting massages since the ripe ol age of 12 when my mom became a massage therapist. (So I know a good massage when I get one).. this place was able to change the quality of my in just one visit. I AM SO GRATEFUL I was able to experience this. I am sorry to say this was horrible. I don't like to give bad reviews. But Kevin was horrible. Very uneducated , he bruised my occipital area. He jams his elbows and knuckles into tissue with no clue as to what tissue he is on. You can't communicate with him. I am still in pain a week out. And massage room way noisy I did the 30 min feet / 30 min body massage combo. He stayed on my feet for 21 mins not 30 min. And thank god the body massage was cut short too Bad bad! The two stars are for the Aesthtics of the place it was clean and pleasant in looks read more

Three chances I gave this place.. three times they failed. I guess it's on me now! If you make an appointment it doesn't matter, they take whomever walks in front of them and tell you to wait 30 min upon arrival. They left me in water for 25 min before anyone even came to tell me '5 more min'. I don't have time for that and find it disrespectful. Made an appt for Mother's Day and they did the same thing.. I had a whole day planned for my Mom and no time to wait their 40 min. I won't try again. read more

Spa too loud, noisy not a relaxed place.it makes you feel you are in a car repair garage. Owners were loud speaking in their native language. The message room was private but the door wouldn't close slam shut kept opening and you can hear the loud noises. The message room across from the foot message area where customers and workers were way too loud. Never going back there. It was a very stressful experience. I went to relax turned out I spent money to get stressed out. read more

Just awful. Worst massages EVER. My wife and I get regular massages to RELAX. This was anything but relaxing. Despite requests for "softer" he massaged as hard as he could. My husband and I came out hurting. We will never go here again and we recommend you don't either. read more

Great massages!! Reasonably priced. I come here as often as I can. The staff is always available and friendly. The facility is clean.

A two is being generous. Had a horrible massage where the person massaging me and my girlfriend decided to have a conversation with each other during the entire massage. Talking, cracking jokes and laughing while giving you a massage. Then they both walked out for 10 mins to go handle an "issue" during our massage. Yet, the massage still only lasted 1 hour.....or should i say 50 minutes. Worst massage experience ive had. read more
