Most recently I hired Interrobang to typeset and print a Maya Angelou quote as a piece of artwork for a newsletter article. The final prints were stunning and the turnaround time was remarkable. I've seen many examples of his work (the website has links to many, many interesting projects and photos of type in the collection) - Michael can print intricate music packaging, posters, album jackets and gorgeous business cards too. It's the fastidious attention to detail and craft that makes Interrobang an excellent choice for myself. I recommend Interrobang to my fellow designers, type aficionados and anyone with discerning eyes for printed matter of the highest caliber.

Everyone please save your time and money with this place. We came here for the "fast" turnaround…read moretime we were promised 4-5 business days which turned into 2 weeks. Additionally when we received our product, the transfer that they had done all the transfers had fuzz and lint stuck within the image. They said that it's "part of the material" which it's not... it's your poor quality control for not just doing the extra step in lint rolling the garnet before applying the transfer over. Even another customer standing next to me said he saw all the lint within the image of the shirt. One of the shirts the transfer you could see the image is folded over... I could've easily just saved my time and done it with a circuit machine. The crazy thing for the mistakes they made on their end. They will not refund you because there's nothing they can do on their end for that. If you wanted them to fix this. They would peel the transfer off the same shirt and reapply over it. If anyone is smart enough knows that this CAN NOT be done since it already ruins the garment itself. For someone who has been doing this for 11 years, it's sad for the quality of work that you produce as well as the way you treat your customers.

Nicole is the first to tell me that we would be better off ordering directly through a vendor, or if there is a better, cheaper option elsewhere. They have matches prices we have received from other vendors, and are all around trustworthy and helpful. Not to mention: fast. At some points we have ordered a product we weren't happy with (one in particular: we ordered camera covers for our office laptops and they weren't sticky enough) and Nicole got us a full refund. Awesome. Aside from that, we've ordered thousands of notebooks, water bottles, pens, and sunglasses. They are all wonderful, and we are very happy customers.

Uttam and his teammates are amazing!…read more We had a super-tight timeline (less than a day) to finish a Woocommerce shopping page on WordPress and integrate it into our new website layout which was being developed at the same time. The shopping function was mostly implemented but needed a lot of debugging and polish. Uttam and his teammates were very responsible, taking on the project after carefully studying the scope of work. They worked extremely hard and efficiently to finish the project on time. We had instant communication on changing requests that came in real-time, which were all addressed with no push back. If you need magic to make things happen, Uttam and his teammates is the right choice. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to get WordPress and Woocommerce set up.

I asked him to check with the printer and technician and they said that's the best they got. It's obvious he mishandled my file or just have a printer thats either not calibrated or junk. We were looking for a new printer and while this project was somewhat small, we do a fair amount of printing for clients and I was hoping Alpha would be our new resource. She assured me our printing project would not be a problem and said she'd send an estimate based on our very specific conversation and order details. Cut to a week later. I call again and talk to her, still no estimate. She apologizes, assures me she is working on it and will get it to me asap. Cut to another week. I call again and leave a message asking where is the estimate and could she call me. I get an email back later that day with confirmation on what I was looking for so she could draw up an estimate. I email all details (again) and it's now OVER another week and I have never heard back. No estimate. Thank you for wasting my time; thankfully I saw this coming and engaged with another printer. At this point, I wouldn't let them print a B/W Post-it Note for me. If this is how you treat prospective new clients who you are trying to "win", I can't imagine what the level of service is once you're engaged. Sadly, I have no idea what these high reviews are talking about!
