We brought them in for a quote on replacing the knob and tube as well as installing new switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures. Not only did the quote come in at a reasonable price, but the job was truly well done. The attention to detail in all of the new installations is obvious, and their knowledgeable suggestions helped us make informed decisions about where to place things. We made changes to our requests several times during the job, and each change was met with confidence and implemented quickly. I really couldn't be happier with the work.

When I talked with the manager and i asked her to give me detail report of the invoice, she provided me with a different answer every time and she was unable to give me specific and clear information on how she was charging me. Also I realized that every year they were counting the total number of windows differently so every time i was charged differently for the same job. Very unhappy with this cleaning company and the customer service. I would recommend people who use this company to make sure they are question the way they are charged. I will definetely not use this company next year.

I requested an in home consultation, but just answering the questions helped them for our needs. We got an email and spoke on the phone to arrange the first cleaning. I had no idea what to expect, but my home smells so clean that my husband doesn't want to use the bathrooms or kitchen. They did a deep cleaning, vacuum, dusting, they wiped walls and base boards that I have never touched in the three years we have lived here. They were in and out with the three person crew in 1 hour. The value of the $120 per hour is so resonable that we have already scheduled the service for every other month cleaning.

We also needed the company to be flexible enough to work with our existing building contractor. We met with Dave Gerard, owner of Elemental Home Technology, and outlined our needs. Dave listened to our goals and was more than willing to work within the parameters of our project. From crafting an initial proposal, meeting with our builder during construction, to equipment selection and final install and configuration, Dave more then met our expectations. Dave's attention to detail from start to finish, understanding of the AV landscape, understanding of our project budget, cleanliness of the work areas, listening to us as individuals and much more made this work a success. Work included install of multiple in-ceiling speakers, mounting and wiring of two televisions and related devices, connection of a sound bar and connection of extensive existing equipment. During the project I never felt like Dave was trying to sell us equipment but rather listening to our needs and making suggestions. We did purchase some items from Dave but he was equally willing to work with other equipment we already had. It felt like we had a partner in our project not someone just selling us home AV equipment.

We used HP Condor for 7 years while living in Madison, Wisconsin. The reason we decided to finally…read morewrite this review is that we have moved to Australia and to date have not been able to find a cleaning company as good as this one. We've been through several cleaners and they still do not measure up. Here is what is special about this company: 1. They really clean! We are really fussy and like a very clean house they cleaned the house more thoroughly than the 4 other cleaners we have hired here plus they did it with natural products. We were super spoiled back in Madison and didn't realize how much work they were doing until we started noticing crumbs in the kitchen drawers, and refrigerator shelves that needed cleaning. 2. They are pleasant. We had a good working relationship with the cleaners. We found everyone very approachable if we needed extra work in an area of the house. Also, we would come home while they were finishing up work and I always felt super comfortable and it was even pleasant to be around them while they were finishing up (which is important when someone is spending time in your home). 3. They are reliable. We miss these guys!

We've been working on a remodel in stages for the past six months or so and brought Jason in to replace our old 80's track lighting with can lights and put in a new ceiling fan on a VERY high ceiling and to run some new wires for us. I realized last-minute that I needed to get an electrician in between two other scheduled jobs and happened to find Jason's number. He worked us into his schedule, did a phenomenal job despite some big challenges that our house presented, and was extremely reasonable to boot.
