Dead batteries, locked keys in the car, and many tows. I've had to have cars towed several times. Once from the side of the busy 163 freeway. Once from Monrovia to the local Acura dealer. We also use their DMV services, which is so convenient. Big thumbs up for this service! We have used their travel agents too. I prefer using their travel agent in the Murrieta location, who doesn't have an attitude. I guess that's the reason for four stars versus five stars. Otherwise, I don't have any complaints about the service at this Temecula location

We originally attempted to plan everything ourselves--flights, hotels, transportation, sightseeing--but quickly realized how overwhelming it was to manage all the moving pieces. That's when we decided to try a travel agent (with all the online travel booking sites, I didn't even realize they still existed!) And we are so incredibly grateful we did! From the very first conversation, Natalie took the time to understand our family's needs, interests, and travel style. She handled everything--airfare, hotel reservations, ground transportation, activities, and dining recommendations--with such care, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm. She even thought of things we hadn't considered, and her advice elevated our trip in ways we never expected. One of the most helpful tools she provided was the TripPlan app, which housed our complete itinerary, step-by-step check-in instructions, flight details, hotel info, and all our travel arrangements organized by day and location. It also included Natalie's personalized suggestions, travel tips, and hidden gems for each destination. That app became our travel bible--it truly made the experience seamless and stress-free. What really stood out was how much Natalie cares. She clearly has deep knowledge of each destination and it shows in the thoughtful touches and curated experiences she builds into her plans. She went above and beyond to ensure that our family had a memorable and meaningful vacation, and we felt fully supported every step of the way. Natalie didn't just help us plan a vacation--she helped us create lifelong memories. We can't thank her enough and are already looking forward to working with her again for our next adventure. Thank you, Natalie and Olive Travel Agency--you are simply the best!
