If I could give them zero stars I would. I called on Tuesday asked about a king quad. The price kept increasing and was unclear. I basically hung up. I was called friday saying we want that quad gone. I was given a smoking good price on the phone (7,700 out the door). I drove an hour there and I was given a new price of 9000. The sales guy (name begins with R) straight up lied to me on the phone. The manager (name also begins with R) said and I quote "we don't have to honor that it wasn't in writing". I called the General manager and he was given misinformation and after several follow ups never returned my calls. Do yourself a favor and go else where. Do waste your time being lied to and having your time wasted. Suzuki should really pull their name off this place. This place is what gives sales people a bad name. Wow!! read more

Not sure what happened here. Earlier this summer I brought my Grom in for service, it was great! They had it done super quick and the parts/service guys there were super helpful answering some questions I had. Went back recently to get some parts ordered for my Shadow, staff changed, no biggie. But that person had no clue what they were doing and clearly had no knowledge of motorcycles, it was no help at all. Eventually I left and went to Naults. Haven't brought my bikes back for service, but from the way things are looking, I'm going to look elsewhere. Not sure how their sales department is so I can't speak for that. But it's clear that their service/parts department is lacking. Unfortunate since I had a great experience earlier in the year. read more

I had have the greatest service anyone could have in reguards to getting parts for a old bike. The manager Jeff was very helpful to find the right parts, I needed. The team gave some great advice, and was great at showing me on doing my clutch. I spent some time looking for a helmet , and new gloves at the large asortment thay have. I"m being nice with two stars as they did get my bike running, but it ends there! NOT IMPRESSED and the are NOT THE BEST despite their name! I will NOT GO there again and I will NOT BUY my parts here again, even if they do have it in stock! The service sucks. I think the machanics are a couple of backyard knitwits. But like I said, they did get my bike running. They were suppose to give it a tune up with the carb cleaning... they cleaned the carb out and got it running at that point. Changed the oil and were suppose to replace the fuel filter. But they didn't have a fuel filter in stock so they put it back together so I could have my bike back... What type of dealership and parts/repair does not have fuel filters in stock? LOSER places! Needless to say, their failure to replace a fuel filter has made my bike run like FUBAR! I don't know about you, but I need fuel to get up hills, not die out. I need fuel to accelerate from stops, no stall out! I ended up going to another dealership in another state to get a fuel filter and replaced it myself... Parking is plenty. Service sucks. But they will sell you a bike in a heart beat! Parts unually have to be ordered. I'll save you alot of heartche and headache.... PUSH the bike to another repair/dealership! It will be worth it! read more

If your looking to buy a new motorcycle/atv, give these guys a shot. I've now purchased, and had service done here and both are top notch. Kyle in sales is absolutely GREAT and went above and beyond to meet my expectations( which weren't low) to get me on the machine I wanted, at a great price to boot. He even made himself available to answer a couple questions on his day off. Service was able to get me in, without much notice, on a Saturday while I waited. Quality work at a fair price. They definitely earned my business and I'll be back in the future. The people are very nice, but nice loses its luster when honesty is lacking. What not to do to a customer: 1. Tell the customer when they call it's in stock and they have to come in to discuss price and that you promise to "earn your business. 2. Customer drives 45 minutes to get there ready to buy to find NO bike on the floor despite being told there were two in stock. 3. When asked where the bikes are the clerk says the manager will go "check the warehouse" and "we can always call the manufacturer". 4. We see the manager who's checking the warehouse talking to other customers across the room. 10, 20, now 30 minutes and many questions later.. Still no word or action on where the bike is. 5. Clearly there is no bike there - never was. What did we get out of this deal??? 120 miles on our car - gas money - 3 hours of wasted time. If this is the kind is service you're looking for - Best Cycle is for you. Edit: I left the exact review as you see above on the dealerships official facebook page. Disappointing Experience I was driving by and saw a HD Street Glide out on their lot. So, I swung in to take a peek. I wasn't rushed by salesmen, which was a relief, being that this lot is shared with a car dealership. Upon entering the sales room, I was greeted promptly by Paul S. We chatted about the motorcycle that I was interested in. We went over the details of the bike, started it up, and such. All good. I inquired about price, having already known the market price for the bike listed and was a little sticker shocked. We chatted back and forth a little, and I left looking to acquire my own financing. Upon looking at the website, I found that the price we'd initially discussed was FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS above what it was listed for on the website. We were discussing a HD Street Glide Special, they're nice bikes, but they aren't rare by any stretch of the imagination. The next day, I contacted Best to further discuss pricing and see where we would land. I inquired about the discrepancy in price, and Paul really didn't have much excuse, sounded ill informed about their inventory and practices. I proposed a price that was 5% below what was listed, whilst including a 4 year warranty and was countered with 2.5% below list. While, if this had been the initial encounter, i likely would've moved forward with giving them my business, but they seemed less than inclined to want to earn it. I could understand not wanting to adjust for thousands of dollars in price, but to lose business (and much potential future business) over a couple hundred dollars after a serious fumble like what happened here. read more

Never have a single part in stock, rude parts counter help and she doesn't know much about bikes. Sales is a a couple of clowns with no sense of customer service. I work on my own bikes so I can't say anything good or bad about the service techs but have not heard anything good....this place needs a personnel change ASAP! I'll only stop in for Honda oil on occasion if I don't feel like driving for it elsewhere. Anyone praising them must've fallen for their BS charm and not know much about bikes at all. read more

I bought my son a crf70 here last year and found sales and service to be very professional. If you need a Honda or Suzuki I recommend this place. Most car or motorcycle dealerships will be happy to sell you something, thats what there here for. As far as service , Best has been right there for me . I received a written quote of $2850.00 for a new Honda TRX90 ATV and placed a $500 deposit on it with the order. When it came in I asked my 16 year old son to pick it up and have them charge the remaining $2350 to my credit card. When he got there they presented him with documents to sign showing a price of $3484 and asked him to sign a new Purchase Agreement in his name. They then charged my credit card another $2909. When I called them to ask why they said there were a bunch of additional fees and my son agreed to them. They could not have been less helpful or more difficult and clearly pulling a bait and switch. Obviously my son is a minor and cannot be held liable for a contract so I will be taking the appropriate legal action against them. I strongly recommend that you avoid this business. read more

I have to agree with the last post that I read. THEY SUCK !!!!! They will give you a quote in the beginning and then call you 5 times during the day to let you know that your quote is going higher and higher. I asked them to do a tune up on my bike, Inspection and an oil change. I was told that the bike was going to pass inspection with no problem. Next thing I know I got a phone call saying I have to have a new front tire and new front brakes. My bill has now gone from $300 to $1200. I told them to put the bike back together and I would pick it up. So all they did was put an air filter in it and change a front fork seal at the tune of $700 !!!!!! I changed the front brake pads myself to find out they were more then in limits. Actually there was MORE than half the pad left on them. When I questioned them about the tire the service manager sat there with a tread gauge and hit the tire about 20 times until he found a MARGINAL spot in the tire and told me he wouldn't put a sticker on it. That spot was on the outer rim of the tread... DUHHHHHHH. The BBB really needs to take a hard look at this place. If you have money to throw away or give away this is with out a doubt the place to do it... Better yet write me and you can just give it to me !!!!!! read more

I have had the worst service experience ever. Took my vtx 1800 their for a valve adjustment. When I picked up bike it ran funny, made noises it never made before and fuel economy was cut in half. If anything it should have gotten better. I brought it back twice. First time they said a code came up and was reset bike was fine. It was not same issues and the noise got worse. second time they told me my fuel pump was junk and wanted to charge me 695.00 to fix it. Each time charging me 82.50 for diagnostic test. I declined work and brought bike to another shop. The other shop after doing some diagnostics started taking bike apart they found a pair of pliers clamping a fuel line. They took it off and guess what? Problems and noise went away and my fuel pump is fine. Honda declined reimbursing me money and the G.M. actually accused me of putting pliers on to get free labor. I have the better buisness bureau trying to help but honda is lying to them. This shop from G.M., managers, mechanics and service department is a joke. Do yourself a favor and stay away. read more

Hands down the worst bike dealership in the Southern NH area!!! Every time I walk in there they have someone new working there. They have a higher turnover rate then 16 year olds working at McDonalds. All uneducated about the sport and very unprofessional. No parts are ever in stock except oil, filters and tires. I had my bike in the shop for over a week and it still never got worked on. They kept giving me the run around saying they will work on it soon. I had to pick it up and bring it to another dealership because I didn't feel like waiting any longer. The service department is HORRIBLE. You have to speak to the Best Ford service department to make an appointment. They do not know anything about what you are talking about when it comes to work because you are talking about bike parts at a Ford Dealership! I honestly do not how or why this place is still in business. It should have been shut down a long time ago! read more

The sales person was nice, but their prices are all way over inflated on the "tags" they attach to their ATVs, well above MSRP! Not willing to negate at all despite having a large amount of leftovers!!! I am not sure what the benefit is to keeping them forever, but apparently they want to keep their showroom full of 2016s. Would not accept a trade for my bike, stating that it would be very difficult to sell. I sold the bike on craigslist for a decent price and had four offers in one week!!! Was looking for a Hayabusa and heading up to Pembroke to look at one...as you know Spring has sprung and it didn't last long. On a whim I stopped by Best Cycle on Amherst Street in Nashua. Walked in the door, was greeted nicely as I started to browse. Saw two Busa's left.....the price was great. The salesman Paul wrote it up in minutes, answered all my questions without hesitation...was knowledgeable and patient. Ray the Manager was informative and knowledgeable as well and went through the credit check and approval step by step. I have never rode a sport/sport touring bike...especially one as powerful as the Busa. They both worked their asses off to make sure I knew everything about the bike, my payments, etc....I didn't feel pressured or uneasy at any point during the process. I picked up a Helmet and some gloves...got a discount on them even two days later when I picked the bike up. I was impressed and will be recommending them. read more

Brought my bike in for service cause my rear caliper was locking up on me the bike I own is only 1 year old with 1375 miles on it. I bought the bike from there and also bought the extended warrenty They first told me that the warranty company wasn't going to pay for it. I called them up myself and they said they didn't even have a claim open. I called the dealer and ask them why there was no claim open. After 2 weeks of back and forth the dealer said they couldn't figure out what was causing the mechanical failure. They final said that even just pushing my bike around the shop to move it that it did end up locking up on them. They finally got the warranty company to pay for a master cylinder and a new caliper. I ended up buying the brake pads and rotor. I bought them myself and brought them in cause its a lot cheaper then there outrages over inflated dealer prices. Then they said the part was on back order and that they had to get one from a dealer in Canada. So now finally 3 weeks later and I go and pick it up and even though the warranty company said they where paying parts and labor for the Caliper and Master cylinder they over charge me saying that they only paid them one shop hour for the labor. I got a $350 bill for a Oil change and to clean my chain. They also charged me for 4 quarts of oil when the bike only takes 2 1/2. 3 quarts yes but four. I then just paid and left with my bike I bring it right back and tell them the rear brake still doesn't feel right. He says the brakes have to break in and see if it changes if not bring it back to us. I made it a mile down the street, I am stopped at the light and the rear wheel is locked up again. I have cars beeping at me, I can't even throttle it off the road cause it kept shutting off on me. I managed to pull it over. Called the dealer. And the service manager tells me its all in my head. He said he will send someone to pick it up. I kept pumping the brakes cause I had to get back to work. I got it to unlock and drove back to my job. I called him back and told him were to pick it up. I went over everything I have been through and instead of being understand he said there is no way its all in my head and hung up the phone on me. The service here is poor, over priced and these people are rude. The worst customer service I have ever in my life experienced and my bike still isn't fix. I am taking it to another dealer and getting them to fix it and getting a lawyer. I work for a car dealership and our service department would never tell a customer even though you are on the side of the road and your life is in danger its all in your head. This is my life on the back of this motorcycle and he didn't have any concern for me and my safety. read more
