There were very visible, huge water stains all over the blouse. It was horrible! She was almost in tears. She received a refund (with hesitation) for the blouse after she brought the stains that ruined the blouse to their attention. THEY were upset that she came at them with this complaint. Fast forward, months later, my wife thought she'd give them another chance by requesting a quote for some table cloths. The cashier told my wife that she/we were banned from receiving any business from them. They have blacklisted us now. Good riddance. Please don't take your business to this place. Sometimes alterations don't work the first time, and I would have appreciated hearing, "We tried, it didn't work--let's see how we can make it right." Instead, she seemed more focused on defending the original alteration, even when it clearly hadn't resolved the issue. I also had to return for redos because I found pins left in my clothes after alterations, which had never happened in my previous experiences there. It also seemed like there may be a communication gap between the person taking the measurements and the seamstress completing the work. It's disappointing because this was my trusted alteration shop for years, but after this experience, I won't be returning.

My husband and I started using them in either September or October of 2024 as we wanted to outsource or regular weekly laundry. We did our research and thought we'd give this local service a try, and chose Super Laundry Bros because it seemed like a small business that would be respectful of our detergent needs. I am EXTREMELY allergic to Gain, and my husband is allergic to Tide. We provided a bottle of our prefered detergent to make sure it was used, and for the first couple of weeks? It was returned and things were fine. And then the detergent wasn't. And the laundry smelled different but I thought maybe I wasn't certain what it smelled like. They offered to bring the bottle back but since I thought we'd continue using them I said "no no, keep it." I had an AWFUL reaction to that load, and despite the fact that the only thing that really helped was allergy medicine... I thought maybe I hadn't been sleeping or eating enough, and I still used them again because I didn't have the energy, or sight, to do my own laundry. It came back smelling like some combination of apple and mango (of which the only brand I know with that scent is GAIN). And the reaction came back before I wore a single item from that load. I took an allergy pill and it went away immediately. Though I mentioned this in the beginning, they did offer to rewash the load for free... but I ghosted them. The detergent bottle had not returned and I feel like they may have lost it. I rewashed the apple-mango load before they had even offered, but my confidence in them was lost. I hope they consider allergies to detergents more carefully in the future.
