I have always had good experiences here at this location. Knowledgeable employees and decent selection, and if they don't have it in stock you can order online and shop to store or home. I am happy that this location is conveniently close to my home. I usually shop online at bestbuy.com and pick up in store. It is fast and easy to run in and pickup online orders. Best Buy is undergoing a facelift and is open during remodeling. Looking good! read more

Best Buy Westfield - Appliances Near Me - Carmel, Indiana

Best Buy as a company has become a better show room than retail location. You go in, look at what you want, then go buy it from somewhere reasonably priced. This location is worse than many. Staff tend towards rude and, as far as I can tell, zero women work here. Don't go in if you want to buy something. read more

Very unwelcoming staff. When needing help the staff scattered. Pretty sure it was because of my race. read more

We purchased a 75-inch television on June 12 from the 14610 N Meridian Street store in Carmel, IN, and it still hasn't been delivered!!! We paid for the television, paid for a top of the line mount, paid to have it installed, paid for the warranty, and got the Best Buy credit card and we have been treated like trash. We have made at least eight calls and have been given the run around on every call. The person set to deliver the tv called and said they couldn't find the television and would not be coming as scheduled. We continued to call Best Buy and got nowhere except a later date the tv would be installed, but they canceled that delivery too! By the way, if you call the phone number listed for the store the call does not go to the store but to a general Best Buy call center. The situation is long and bad. I could go on for several paragraphs. In short, we would recommend that you do not ever go to Best Buy! read more

The last time I shopped at Best Buy (Cincinnati) I had a really bad experience so I hesitated to go there again. This time I bought an apple product online and went to have it delivered by curbside at the Best Buy store in Westfield. There was no way to reach the store once I was parked at curbside so I called, and after 5 minutes finally got a human being. He told me that someone would be out in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, I hobbled into the store ( bad ankle) and it was sitting at customer service. I heard a manager say that they're having problems with curbside. I believe that we vote with our wallets and I immediately asked for a credit and returned the AirPods. I will never do business with any Best Buy ever again. read more

Great service, very helpful when going in for both Appliance purchases (Fridge) as well as iPad and Mac.

They clearly only care about online sales now. We went in to look for a camera, having purchased cameras quite satisfactorily at this store in the past. They had exactly four on a shelf. I asked an employee named Izaak, whose tone and body language conveyed he could not have cared less if he tried. I asked if they only had those four, and he said they had others in stock. I asked how customers would know what was I stock if they were not on the shelf. He then looked up what they had on his device, and they did not have what we were looking for. At no point did he apologize for their store giving customers no reason whatsoever to enter or even to suggest that there were more options on their website. read more

POS system has finally been fixed and time/clicks reduced drastically making it much easier to checkout

As a My Best Buy Total member, I was met with unprofessionalism, wasted time, and zero resolution. The "rubber feet" on my computer were falling off, and after consulting with online support, I was assured this issue could be handled in-store with Geek Squad in Westfield. Following their advice, I scheduled an appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early, as instructed, but waited over 40 minutes past my scheduled time before anyone acknowledged me. To make matters worse, another customer cut the line and the employee at the desk prioritized them, ignoring the line of waiting customers. After my lengthy wait, my knight in shining armor, Chris, comes out and asks everyone in line if they have an appointment. I told him I had one 40 minutes ago and he had me come up to the desk. I explained my conversation with the online agent and the issue I was having only to be told that Geek Squad couldn't assist. Instead, I was advised to use rubber glue to fix it myself. When I asked if they had any rubber glue, Chris began to look on his tablet to tell me what aisle I could purchase rubber glue from. Once I clarified there was no way I was buying anything from him and I was asking if they had any in the repair area, he told me they most likely do have rubber glue but they couldn't help me, leaving me to solve the simplest problem on my own after wasting nearly an hour. I knew before I went in that I could buy rubber glue and do it myself, I just wanted it "professionally" done without buying an entire tub of rubber glue for one small issue. I wish I could say I expected better as a paying member, but this is just one of many bad experiences I have had. Unfortunately, it seems Geek Squad and Best Buy still have a long way to go in delivering reliable customer care. I recommend others think twice before paying for a membership with promises they can't deliver. read more

Was going to buy a TV from this location but had a couple questions first. All I received was complete disrespect from the employee. Leaving the store now and will gladly spend my $2000 elsewhere. read more

Service here is always hit or miss. The employees never approach you, you always have to seek one if them out if you need assistance. Even then, it's hard to get one of them that is actually willing to help you. read more

In a time where companies are shutting down brick and mortar stores I'm shocked to see Best Buy still open if the experience in this store is what they believe is good customer service. Hands down one of the worst experiences I've ever had with customer service. Employees were beyond unhelpful, seemed bothered when asked for help and their attitudes sucked! From someone helping me on the floor to the two people that were at the register, one after another seemingly hating what they are doing. If you need to just run in and buy something that isn't locked up or that you need help with then by all means, otherwise, buyer beware of the mediocre experience. read more

Unpleasant experience at this Best Buy location. Jill, the manager, displayed unprofessional behavior, rudeness, and condescension towards customers. I've been a Best Buy customer for 30 years and we will shop in a different store. This one is not up to Best Buy standards. read more

I didn't have feelings for any Best Buy one way or the other. If there was a good deal... I'd visit Best Buy, otherwise I had no reason to go there. But, this location...Hard Stop...do not go. There are other, safer options. But, if you absolutely have to go here, do not, under any circumstances bring your family. An employee, wearing a face mask, rainbow shirt, waving his arms wildly, while staring at the ground approached us, but never made contact. I don't know if he had mental issues, or was on drugs... I really don't care. It was extremely uncomfortable. There are many, many other options with sane, friendly, helpful employees. I'll find other best buys or better yet other buisness', before I go here again. read more

I will never shop at this store again. The entire store is always dead, employees just standing around talking and not doing a thing. They don't ask anyone if they need help. I WILL say there were 2 young kids that did ask if I needed help while I was waiting for forever on an online pick up order, but I didn't need help at that time. Good for those kids, but everyone else is pretty weak at their job. I'm not sure what the issue is, but it pissed me off pretty badly. Why does picking an online order consisting of a TV and a TV mount take hours? Especially while the store is dead??? Customer service is nonexistent anymore. I sound like an old man but it's honestly pretty true nowadays. read more

Made an appointment with Geek Squad for an iPhone 11 screen replacement. Arrived on time for the appointment and after 40minutes, was told to return in 90mins. Returned 90mins later only to learn the screen repair completed but there is now a shadow in bottom right corner of the screen. $200 repair for a new screen and new issue they cannot understand how it happened. Save your time and money and take your Apple issues to the Apple Store. They are not qualified to service appropriately. Be aware. read more

The absolute worst customer service. The people in the store are at least kind of also incompetent, but the geek squad phone people are the most frustrating people I've ever had the displeasure of listening to. Also, don't bother trying to call the number to this store directly. It takes you through an endless barrage of touchstone prompts before landing you at a busy signal because they don't take live calls any more. They'll still give you this number and tell you to give them a call even though they know the number can't reach anyone at their store. It feels like they're TRYING to lose business on purpose for some reason...and mission accomplished. I'd rather have Ebola than ever DEA with this wretched place again. read more

You sold me an open box tv mount as a new item. It was missing essential pieces, but the third-party installers you sent didn't notice until it was up on my wall. I now have an unstable 55" television on my wall and despite three phone calls, multiple hour+ holds, and two supposed escalations no one has called me back to schedule a repair. Cristian the CIA Senior in the Geek Squad helped me and my fiancé out so much on numerous occasions and was always able to fix our computer issues and even issues within the BestBuy warranty system. I will always come here again when I need any technical support. read more

I've had great experiences at this Best Buy. It's clean, seems bigger and more selection than most stores and the staff is very helpful. Not that annoying trying to help but you just want to be left alone. We were recently looking for a refrigerator and visited another Best Buy first even though my husband wanted to go to Westfield. We didn't get anywhere at the other location so ended up at Westfield after all. The employee who helped us with a refrigerator was very knowledgeable and we left feeling really good about our decision and experience. read more

Purchased an item for pickup. Was informed ready for curbside pickup. Arrived at store checked in using their system. Waited 20 mins. Called store and was informed they'd bring it right out. 20 mins later I called back in and was informed store has phone off so it goes directly to 1(800)number. Go in speak with manage who has three employees and security standing talking, at front desk in view of curbside spots. Manager had don't care attitude and sent me to store pickup line. read more

I did not even think about reviewing anything but restaurants, but my Best Buy experience warrants a hat's off to their Mobile team. I needed a phone and I needed it right now; last Friday was my last day at my old job and I needed to roll my phone # and my contacts over to a new phone and have it active immediately. Chris and the rest of the team were helpful in getting Verizon to transfer the number over and they had no issues. My new phone is great and it will be great to have my contacts when I am at my new job. I hear talk about Best Buy losing market share: we can't lose places like this, guys!! I feel disappointed with the way the staff works here. Today I saw at meijer.com selling "pokemon let's go" with price is $ 29.99 (original price is $ 59.99). I go to bestbuy to ask for a price match with meijer (I just follow the rule of price atch guarantees ), because I have a credit card from bestbuy. The staff here did not agree with the price ma for me, even though I gave enough proof that they have to do price match for me. read more

Is this Best Buy going to do anything about the excessive reports of unacceptable customer service? I was ready to drop 1K on a new laptop, and my decision to forgo purchasing from Best Buy is entirely based on one employee who made us feel incredibly unwelcome and disrespected(Tyler, on the evening of 2/13/21). I realize my measly money isn't much in the big picture but everyone else's reviews seem to reflect the same kind of treatment we received. It wasn't a one off. We are never greeted or offered assistance when we come in and we're almost always there for a very specific product or service. It's actually a game for us at this point...to see who will actually be offered help or can find adequate help first. In our most recent visit we were walked past by several employees and cliques of employees talking, but it took 27 minutes before anyone even said hello. read more

Seems the store has done a lot of downsizing. However you can buy online and pick up or have it delivered.

This Best Buy feels a little smaller than the others but it gets the job done. I can usually find what I'm looking for and they usually have it in stock. Service tends to be noticeably slow and I don't normally leave a lower review when something bad happens but seems out of the ordinary for them...however I was pretty appalled during my most recent visit where the person helping me was doing fine but had no hustle and the MANAGER there was extremely rude to him and was dismissive of him...and talked poorly to me and others about him when he stepped away. Completely unprofessional. read more

This place is so taunting, so many cool electronics, from laptops to wireless speakers they got some of the best. The deals on their laptops are really competitive too. Nice store. I was just waiting to ask some questions about some computer monitors and planned to buy two of them. I walked all around the department, considered my options, looked them up at the Best Buy website, and then stood awkwardly near the desk for 5 minutes or so. There were two men working. They did not acknowledge me. After 20 minutes in their department, I left. I will buy the monitors from Amazon. read more

I went into the store today rather than buying on line. I wanted to buy a Microsoft Surface pro i7. The kid that waited on me didn't know anything about the Surface computer and had zero interest in helping me order one. I was ready to drop $2000 today! I walked around the store in hopes of find someone that had just a little ambition and only found one more person that was gabbing with the security guy at the door. I gave up and left. I will buy somewhere else on line. I would no longer recommend Best Buy for a place to go and I am an Elite customer. read more

So can't wait for this incompetently run organization go out of business... Just waited in line for 40 minutes to try and get a NES classic, at 10am the manager comes out and says who has tickets.. 50 people in line were like, tickets, huh... No signage, no message nothing.. apparently they gave away tickets at 630am and were immediately out.. They weren't kind enough to put a sign up saying all tickets gone.. nothing.. people, including myself, were sitting there with kids and don't have the decency to keep us informed about being out of tickets... much less about giving out information on how to get tickets Follow HHGregg and go out of business.. with running a company like this it won't long.. read more

I have a medical condition with doctors note stating not to wear mask covering mouth but not nose. I went in, got what I needed and went to pay. Checkout person stated he couldn't sell me until I put a mask covering nose. I explained my condition and had note available but he would still not allow me to purchase. I have not been in one retail store that has not accepted a customers medical condition whether it be retail centers, grocery stores, or hardware stores. The manager didn't even come up to me and offer any solutions like curbside. Instead he hid behind a radio. I have no problem with social distancing, masks or what ever a business feels they need to do but they don't make exceptions for customers with medical conditions. I'll go to amazon instead of trying to support local. read more

I stopped in this morning to check out an Apple Watch and was lucky enough to get to work with Xavier in the store. I will be the first to admit that I am pretty much in the Dark Ages when it comes to anything dealing with technology, and Xavier was patient in listening to my questions and went out of his way to take the time to answer them for me. When I was uncertain as to whether the 38 or 42 size was best for my wrist, he even went the extra mile to take off his own Apple Watch and allow me to see how the larger size one looked. Thanks to his outstanding service, I walked out with a shiny new watch that is just right for me, and I will go out of my way to return to this location because of my experience with Xavier. read more
