More calls to the office to have tech come inside...tech would show up when I wasn't available...again the wrong house. Another call requested service on the inside, and I was promised a call from district manager....its been more than 45 days and still no call or service!! Purchased a product from Home Depot that has been working...so I guess its Home Depot for the win.
