    Ordered a TV . Best Buy set up an appointment from 9am to 1pm. After taking the day off from work, I proceeded to to wait and wait for the TV at 3 PM I proceeded to call customer service. Customer service told me that the TV was delayed. Customer service attempted calling the delivery person. They got no response. An hour later I called customer service again and told them that delivery had not arrived still. Delivery was never made and I never received any type of information on regarding why it was not delivered. The next morning I look at the Best Buy app and says that the TV was delivered. I called customer service again and they had no idea what was going on. I responded to the store and requested to speak to store manager. Was at the store I spoke to Mr. Todd who is the general manager of the Arden Best Buy. Mr. Todd explained to me that the TV was in the back area of the store. To make a long story short if I would not have gone to the store I will been a charge from Best Buy on my account. I will never ever ever buy any more Best Buy products especially in Asheville Arden store. If there was a rating for -100 , That's what I will give Best Buy customer service worst customer service ever

    Screen protector that the very helpful employees at Best Buy peeled off before they told me that they couldn't actually help me.

I went here on 12/30. Unfortunately that day my phone was out of battery so I couldn't check prices online for their merchandise. Just because they call themselves "liquidators" and have a cash only and no refund policy, does not mean their prices are any lower than anywhere with more standard business practices. In any case, I saw a range I liked for $1400 and decided to put a deposit down of $200 with Dan for it for pickup and payment of the $1200 balance on 1/2/2022. Dan was a nice enough worker there. After I went home I found 3 stores (the manufacturer, lowes and home depot) ALL selling the range for $100 LESS than these supposed "liquidators". I came back on 1/2/22 and unfortunately Dan was not there. But instead the owner was. The owner at first flatly refused to do anything for me. In fact he bragged about how many ferraris he owned like a cheap hooker might. After explaining over and over to him that I could buy the same range directly from the manufacturer for less, he said the best he could do was sell it to me for the same amount. Now think about that for a second... considering you are FAR better protected as a consumer buying from the manufacturer for an expensive item like a range, this was simply not worth it to me. I tried explaining that to the owner which he knew and understood but he literally "too bad, suck it up." I offered the owner several possible options. I offered to buy a $131 garbage disposal for the $200 I already gave him. No go. I offered to buy as much as $1400 in other items from the store in case it was an issue of me promising a certain amount of money. No go. At every turn the owner was rude and condescending, though I tried to explain to him politely how I could not buy the range for the same price I could get it elsewhere with normal business practices and consumer protection. In the end he said I had the only option for me was to do that or he was going to keep my $200! Granted I put that down as a deposit and their policies stated that I cannot transfer the deposit to anything else. My fault for trusting this place to have better prices than bigger, better stores with normal business practices and consumer protection. But can you believe what a cheapskate this supposed multiple ferrari owner is?? He was yelling at me how he was happy he "earned" my $200 as I left the store. This guy is exactly what has gone wrong with business in this beautiful country today. Motivated by nothing but pure greed! Anyway after I left, he had one of his employees text message me to tell me that the range was not available anywhere for that price. That the big box stores selling it, all had it sold out or backordered. This was a total lie and I sent her the link to home depot which shows it as available today for free home delivery in just a few days. I attached a screenshot today showing it available so you can see for yourself their lies. I asked her about the owner's business practices and how he was bragging about his ferraris. I wondered if there wasnt a racial component to it, since he was so condesending and rude to me repeatedly. She of course completely ignored her text message typed lies to me, she said I had no class and even called me a racist! Omg, if that isnt something else? She then told me she was blocking me (I guess because at this point the owner just decided to keep my money because his lies were obviously going to fail completely--see the screenshot for yourself!) If you are going here expecting any kind of real discount, or humane and decent treatment, guess again. This place is as ruthless a ripoff as they come. Be very much aware and make sure you use your phone to check prices at stores with normal business practices. If you are paying cash only with no refund policy, expect a DEEP discount. But walking around the store you can find many items marked for more than regular stores! I would suggest avoiding this store completely. I lost $200 and will never go back.

As much as it pains me to say it, you are better off going to Lowe's or Home Depot. We purchased over $12k worth of appliances through Haywood Appliance as part of a new home purchase through a builder. There were extensive delays in lead time (I'm not dinging them for that - this was completely out of their control due to the extensive supply chain issues in 2021) and our Salesperson Malinda was a complete nightmare to work with. We had to make repeated phone calls and send multiple emails to get basic information and updates that we needed. Again, this was out of their control but she acted as if it was a chore / not her job to get us any updates or help us navigate the process. Fast forward to today: we now have our appliances but have had to have a technician out to our house 3 times already. Each time, we have had to send MULTIPLE emails to Jennifer in the service department just to get a response. Our most recent email was sent to her 15 days ago and we have not received any response (for an issue that's been going on for 2 months and makes our 6 month old dishwasher completely unusable). I'm all about spending money with local businesses but I will never spend another dime with Haywood Appliance again. We were OK spending a little bit more money to get our appliances from Haywood because we figured we would get better service than the big box stores. (They have all the same products but don't offer any of the discounts!) Boy, were we wrong! The *only* thing that could set them apart was their service which has been non-existent. I only hope I can save someone else from having this same poor experience.

So this year they got the gift of good sleep:-) When you walk into Sleepworld it's very different from other mattress stores. The national chain stores feature fluorescent lighting and pushy sales people. Not to forget all of their products are off gassing toxic petroleum and fire retardants. Sleepworld is a very relaxing atmosphere. The lighting is calm. The employees are very knowledgeable and want you to be an educated consumer. The moment that I mentioned my concerns of off gassing, I was immediately pointed towards certain products and price points. I was never judged! Nor was I given any condescending crap like, "those claims haven't been scientifically proven," or, "the EPA says those chemicals are perfectly safe!" No, I was given alternative choices. I also had the opportunity to work with Amanda the store manager. Fabulous!! Not even kidding, she's fantastic. I will shop at Sleepworld again! I will work with Amanda again. Every store we spoke to offer a 120 days trial. Even now. We had it for 8 days. ( only because they are closed two days in the middle of the week). They offered to pick it up and give us 20% off another mattress. No refunds. No exchanged. It was nearly $1800.00 and they would not ( like the other three places I spoke with ) stand behind their product. Sad. So if you plan on buying a mattress I strongly suggest you try a company willing to stand behind what they sell. This one does not. We obviously went with another company that is willing ( in writing ) to guarantee what they sell.
