During service- Linh was precise and paid attention to all of my requests and concerns.(and I am the person that likes to ask ALOT of questions when it comes to these things..) She took her time to ensure the best shape & measurement for my face (even when I was her last client of the night- she was highly focused and on point with all the details. After service/after care- my eyebrows have never looked so beautiful in my entire life. *back story* I have gotten my brows microbladed many years ago- so technically this is a *cover up* service. the detail in color, shape, and shading with my new brows is completely covered & is unmatched to what Linh did for me. Karen is my go to lash artist, I am really sensitive to most lash glues which I told Karen at the start and she was able to work with me to find a glue that doesn't irritate my eyes. She works very meticulously and is extremely gentle whenever I get a lash fill. She makes sure I am comfortable and set up so I can take a nice nap while she works her magic! She's always working with me to increase my lash retention as well as giving me recommendations on after care such as lash shampoo brands and how to properly wash my lashes. I got my ombré powder eyebrows done by Linh and I could not be any happier! I never really thought about getting permanent make up done until I saw Linh's work. From the moment I went in to inquire about an appointment, till the end of my aftercare, she was texting me and checking up on me every step of the way. When she was mapping out my eyebrows, she was very patient with me in helping me find my desired shape and look. She helped me find a look that wasn't too dramatic and a color combo that wasn't too dark (the darkness of the brows being something I was extremely nervous about at first). During the process she was very thoughtful in trying to mitigate any discomfort I was feeling as well as informing me what exactly she was doing. I actually usually get same day appointments and can come in as soon as I realize my gray hairs are getting a little too noticeable. The owner and staff are super nice and accommodating. I've pretty much stopped using boxed hair dyes now and just stop in here for the convenience of having someone else take care of my roots quickly and at a reasonable price!

They are really nice and accommodating, as they allow me to reschedule appointment. The lash tech My Tran is super nice, she gave mẹ recommendations on the type of lashes that are suitable for my weak lashes. I ended up doing a light volume set but she didn't charge me extra ( which supposedly to be $30+ more with the lash removal) She had my set done in less than an hour, which was quicker than normal. She also helped me fix it when I wanted more lashes at the corner. The set ended up pretty and light which didn't damage my weak lashes. I didnt have to pay any other extra fee and let her keep deposit as tip . Really Nice experience overall ! Would come again
