The owner Tony did literally everything in his power to fit me in, told me to swing by. He was very accommodating. As he was finishing up I chatted with him. Couldn't be a kinder or happier guy. Clearly loves people. He was a really good time and most importantly he did a really really good job. The window looks perfect. I'll be going back to Tony for other cars and I'll be recommending him to others. I really appreciate his professionalism and eagerness to go the extra mile.

I was very happy with their service from the start until the finish of the work…read more I had intended to get my windows tinted "eventually", but I just bought the car and didn't really want to take on another expense right away. However, my new car got dinged days after getting it and they were able to buff it out pretty easily. I was able to find the spot the work was done, but it took me a minute. I would be shocked if anyone who was unaware could even find the spot. While I was there, I also had my front two windows tinted while I waited and they did a good job. However, when I got the vehicle home I noticed that there was a decent bubble in the front driver side window. I contacted them the next day and they said to bring it back so it could be redone. At no point did I feel like they tried to push off the responsibility or try to get away from standing by their work. They fixed it no questions asked. I have no reason to believe that they wont also honor the lifetime warranty that they offer on their window tinting.

I only spoke with Klaudia (the owner), who mentioned she was renting a space inside Pearl Auto Spa at 3049 W. Irving Park. Here's the kicker: Tim claimed, "When we first spoke, I pointed out specific scratches, paint chips, rust, and damaged body panels that would require bodywork, and you acknowledged that." In reality, it was the complete opposite--I was the one who brought up all the issues with my car, which is the whole reason I went there in the first place! Klaudia only responded to me when I wrote my review and even complained about being exhausted, and had the nerve to complain about the review. Now she's relocated to Skokie--can't say I'm surprised. That darn thing was SHARP. Dan did everything he could to research the best prices for a total factory replacement all the way to a Rigg's Bros custom repair. Was satisfied with the entire handling of this business. Highly recommended.
