I was getting bids to clean the gutters on my two-story, 5.800sf home and a detached 1,200sf guest house. They hadn't been cleaned for well over a decade. When Donovan looked over the work, gave me details on what his approach would be, it was very clear he knew what he was doing and gave me a very fair bid. In our discussion, I mentioned that I also wanted my two ground-mount solar arrays cleaned as well. It had been years, and he told me his process - to use ionized water, so it sheets - not streaks after washing. Both jobs were done with 100% satisfaction, for a very fair price. He sent me before and after pictures, showing the extensive work he had to do: remove the screens, remove the end caps, plug the downspouts, and scrape clean the gutters, clean the screens, replace the end caps and replace the screens, He took the full day if hard work, in the mid-day sun - and did all the work himself. The gutters on my mobile home hadn't been cleaned in decades and it was very difficult to even find anyone who would come clean them, since the job is very labor-intensive and tedious. Donovan had great communication and stopped by a few days later to clean both the gutters. Turns out they both probably hadn't been cleaned in 50 years (literally!) and it was not possible to clean them due to the many decades of plant growth and roots etc. Donovan spent about an 1.5 hours seeing what he could do and explaining to me what the issues were. He was very courteous, helpful and professional. I expected some discount from his original quote, since the job could not be completed - but he refused to take ANY PAYMENT! Don cleaned our solar panels, roof and gutters yesterday. He arrived early with everything he needed to complete the job. He removed all of the leaves and plant matter that were wedged under the solar panels and collected along the seams of our roof. Our gutters gave up bricks of composted plant matter and our panels were made to shine brightly in the sun. In fact, our total energy yield has increased by 9 kwh per day!
