The gutters on my mobile home hadn't been cleaned in decades and it was very difficult to even find anyone who would come clean them, since the job is very labor-intensive and tedious. Donovan had great communication and stopped by a few days later to clean both the gutters. Turns out they both probably hadn't been cleaned in 50 years (literally!) and it was not possible to clean them due to the many decades of plant growth and roots etc. Donovan spent about an 1.5 hours seeing what he could do and explaining to me what the issues were. He was very courteous, helpful and professional. I expected some discount from his original quote, since the job could not be completed - but he refused to take ANY PAYMENT! I insisted that I at least pay him for his time, but he wouldn't hear of it. I thought this was extraordinary and showed tremendous honesty and integrity on his part and Bespoke Home Services. I would gladly use Donovan and Bespoke Home Services again. read more

I was getting bids to clean the gutters on my two-story, 5.800sf home and a detached 1,200sf guest house. They hadn't been cleaned for well over a decade. When Donovan looked over the work, gave me details on what his approach would be, it was very clear he knew what he was doing and gave me a very fair bid. In our discussion, I mentioned that I also wanted my two ground-mount solar arrays cleaned as well. It had been years, and he told me his process - to use ionized water, so it sheets - not streaks after washing. Both jobs were done with 100% satisfaction, for a very fair price. He sent me before and after pictures, showing the extensive work he had to do: remove the screens, remove the end caps, plug the downspouts, and scrape clean the gutters, clean the screens, replace the end caps and replace the screens, He took the full day if hard work, in the mid-day sun - and did all the work himself. I can't recommend Donovan more highly. I've asked him to give a bid on our rental property too. I will hire him again., God willing. read more

Our gutters were in serious need of some TLC after such a wet winter and years (yikes!) of neglect. I found Bespoke on Yelp. Donovan was immediately responsive and informative. He arrived on time and performed FANTASTIC work cleaning and repairing our gutter system. To top it off, he has perhaps the most professional communication skills I've encountered in the home service industry. Donovan was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company. read more

Donovan from Bespoke Home Services has installed my Christmas lights for the past two years. It is a pleasure communicating with a service that responds quickly and professionally. Donovan takes his time to communicate with us so he understands our expectations. After the first year of hanging lights, he kept notes and discussed our previous year's decisions. This year, Donovan also hung our neighbors lights, as well. He makes great recommendations and is respectful of our property. He noticed damage to our gutter guards from previous installers and even fixed them while he was up there. Donovan will be our light installer and window and solar cleaner for the future. read more

We called Donovan from Bespoke Home Services for gutter cleaning for our first time ever. His response time was great and he was clear to communicate his prices and what the service included. Donovan was punctual on the day of the scheduled service. He did an excellent job of cleaning our gutters which had never been cleaned in the 15 years of living here. He left them looking amazingly clean and we noticed that the rain now drains properly through the gutters like it is supposed to. I would highly recommend him and will call Donovan again in the future. read more

Donovan was great to work with and did very good and efficient work. His responsiveness was the best I've ever had when looking for a quote and scheduling a job. He was communicating with me at 9pm and was at my house at 8:30am on time, the next day and finished the job efficiently. His quote was extremely fair and there was zero pressure of upselling me on other jobs. He takes Venmo payments which is always a huge plus! Highly recommend this service for rain gutter cleaning. read more

Don cleaned our solar panels, roof and gutters yesterday. He arrived early with everything he needed to complete the job. He removed all of the leaves and plant matter that were wedged under the solar panels and collected along the seams of our roof. Our gutters gave up bricks of composted plant matter and our panels were made to shine brightly in the sun. In fact, our total energy yield has increased by 9 kwh per day! Before he left, Don blew the mess off our deck, patio and tarp, leaving them cleaner than they were when he arrived. I'm VERY happy with the work done and will definitely ask Don back after the next leaf and flower drop. read more

We so highly recommend Bespoke Home Services! This review is way overdue. Donovan is fantastic! The first time we scheduled Donovan to clean all of our windows, he arrived right after we had a mini horse pass away. He was so understanding and caring of our situation. We rescheduled for the following week and our windows had never been so clean! We've had Donovan out a few more times and will be continuing to use his services for years to come. We have huge picture windows that we used to cover all the time, and now we have Donovan out three to four times a year and his work has made such a difference. We keep the shades up, enjoy our views and don't care so much about the dogs and kids marking up the windows knowing they'll be clean again soon enough. Donovan is responsive, professional, attentive, efficient, and his prices are fair. He rocks! read more
