    Valvoline Instant Oil Change

    Valvoline Instant Oil Change

    (66 reviews)

I have been going to Valvoline for years, even though it is no longer anywhere near where I live or…read morework. This is the only place I will get my oil changed. I have had negative experiences at other places that nickle and dime you, upsell you or put you last in the queue when you turn down the upsells. This place is different. They have always been very clear about what is included in my oil change. They check my tires, lights & turn signals. They have offered additional services, like windshield wiper replacement, but with zero sales pressure. And, they figure out how to turn off that obnoxious "service" light that every new car makes impossible to reset. I love that I can stay in my car throughout the service and take off as soon as they are done.

WOW. Just WOW. The Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Westminster absolutely crushed it! From the…read moremoment I pulled in, the experience was next‑level fast, incredibly smooth, and honestly impressive. Kevin, the manager, and the entire team were welcoming, professional, and clearly know their stuff. They explained everything as they went, made sure I understood my options, and never wasted a second. This place redefines FAST! It honestly felt like being at the Indy 500 in the pit lane. You're the driver, and Kevin and the team are your pit crew, moving with precision and speed, changing fluids, checking everything, and getting you back on the road before you can even process how quickly it all happened. They were also incredibly thorough--the only thing they found missing on my truck was a single nut from my air filter holder left behind by the last place I took it (not throwing anyone under the bus, but that was Midas). Valvoline was a great recommendation from my stepdad, and after this experience, I'm a forever customer. I'll be back next week to finish up my transmission fluid change and take care of a few small things to make sure my truck is purring pretty. Huge shoutout to Kevin and his highly skilled Auto Mechanic Specialists working alongside him.

quick and efficient service by Jeremy D got all season tires…read moreinstalled including alignment and a discount for all 4 tires

I brought my 2019 Jeep Cherokee to Big O Tires in Broomfield for a single tire and was convinced to…read morereplace all four. While in the shop, I was informed that the vehicle urgently needed extensive front suspension work and an oil filter housing replacement- though I was never shown a single photo or physical evidence of an active fluid leak. I declined service after receiving a written estimate totaling $7,767.07 (which was in addition to the $1,128.33 for tires and lug bolts). Upon reviewing the itemized breakdown, I found the labor structure and parts margins concerning: The quote charges $215/hour flat labor, combining 3.2 hours for front struts ($688.00) and 4.0 hours for front lower control arms ($860.00)- totaling $1,548.00 in front suspension labor alone without any adjustment for concurrent access or shared disassembly. Standard iridium spark plugs were listed at $39.99 each ($239.94 total), which is several times standard auto parts retail pricing. The oil filter housing replacement part was quoted at $799.99, significantly above prevailing retail prices for equivalent aftermarket or OEM components. Being presented with a near-$8,000 estimate for unverified leaks and additive flat-rate procedures exceeds competitive market practices. I strongly recommend requesting an itemized printout, asking to see photographic proof of any claimed fluid leaks, and getting a second opinion before authorizing major work at this location.
