Everything was going great so I purchased more sessions until mid August when the Emsculpt equipment stop being available, not being repaired and I have reached out many times to the owner named Boris for a refund. Berzin Aesthetics in Burlingame is a complete joke. Chose the Emsculpt Neo treatment from Berzin Aesthetics. Loved the clean, inviting design, and the staff are all top-notch. Procedure itself was a breeze, once I got used to it. So here I am writing an extremely overdue review of Berzin. But better late than never right? I truly can't say enough about the level of service and unique tailoring that's given to each individual client by Allison and her staff. They don't try to push any treatment on you, but instead really look for what treatment or combination of treatments is really going to give you the desired result that you're looking for, even if that means letting you know that a treatment might not be best for you. I presented with a unique case in that I had numerous prior jaw surgeries. Luckily, Allison was thorough in her assessment of me and questions surrounding my previous surgeries. Because doing any EmFace treatment if there is metal in the face is contraindicated, Allison contacted the EmFace manufacturer and consulted with those with a deeper medical background to ensure safe treatment. Lo and behold, a subsequent CT scan prior to any treatments revealed that all of the surgical metal had been removed so it wasn't an issue at all, but I gained a huge amount of trust in her. Her authentic concern and caution really gave her lots of credibility. Given the investment that one is taking to feel better about themselves, you want someone that sees you as a person, not a transaction. And Allison is that person. She is a down-to-earth, hard working mama that brings her own experiences and love for the industry to compassionately help others get closer to the best version of themselves! This review is a bit overdue, but I'm just now writing it as I came back to Berzin Aesthetics to start their Exion RF treatment. I wrapped up both the Emface and Emsculpt Neo treatment packages at Berzin Aesthetics back in December and these treatments together have really revamped my look -- my face feels lifted and my body, more sculpted and toned. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Prior to starting treatment, I wasn't sure what to expect, but the Clinical Advisor put me at ease and showed me a bunch of before & afters from their practice and was extremely knowledgeable about not only the treatments they offered, but the various alternatives as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm over the moon happy with my results and those around me have noticed and complimented me as well, even going so far as to ask "have you had any work done?" I've had two treatments done with Berzin Aesthetics and can't say enough good things about my experience. I had 4 treatments with the Emsculpt Neo for my stomach around 3 months postpartum and the results were just what this mama needed to kickstart her core recovery.
