We just got home from the Viking Romantic Danube cruise. It was wonderful. Our travel agent, Chelsea Lebeda, was so helpful in making all of our arrangements. We really appreciated her help in being prepared as to what would be expected of us while passing through Heathrow airport in London. We also really appreciate all her assistance in picking our excursions. Thanks Chelsea for all your assistance. It truly was the trip of a lifetime. read more

Viking Romantic Danube river cruise early November, 2025 was a wonderful experience. The Danube takes you to Germany (Great History), Gorgeous Vienna in Austria with several day stopover (Salzburg tour was highlight; Sound of Music sites, anyone?), and fabulous Budapest in Hungary where we were very happy that we added several post trip days! Tours were fantastic and Viking service was, as always, above expectations. We found out why Viking has so many repeat customers. This is our 3rd Viking river-cruise and we have already booked 2 more cruises with Viking. Steve Umstead is our long time trusted agent who goes the extra mile to ensure a great trip from start to finish. He oversees the extra details you may not know to ask about. I fully recommend Steve at Berwick Travel, Viking cruises, and have loved our trips to: Paris/Normandy, Elba River for Prague to Berlin, and Danube. You will love these trips! read more

We just finished our 2nd Viking Cruise, Grand European, arranged by Steve at Berwick Travel. Steve is amazing to work with. He was always available to answer our questions and helped steer us in making good choices for our travel preferences. We had 6 others traveling with us this time. We told them they would be amazed with his response time in returning calls. He did not disappoint! Our trip couldn't have been more enjoyable. read more

I am a repeat customer and will continue to use this agency for all of our tropical travels because of their superior customer service! They are super responsive and really work to get you the best price possible for your trip. They also pay careful attention to detail and follow-up with you before and after your trip to make sure you have all the information you need before you go and that everything went well while you were there. I've recently returned from an amazing repeat trip to Couples Negril Resort in Jamaica and will not hesitate to continue to recommend both the resort and this agency to my family and friends! read more

Carole Fitzer at Berwick Travel assisted us with our Viking River cruise Romantic Danube. My husband and I had not previously traveled to Europe or taken any kind of cruise. Carole assisted us with everything: booking the trip, and booking our airline itinerary. She communicated all important information in a timely manner and was available to answer all our questions. She was able to secure better airline connections with a shorter layover in Amsterdam and a direct flight from Munich for our return flight. We were able to relax because she had prepared everything for us. The trip was wonderful. It exceeded our expectations! There wasn't anything that the Viking team didn't do to please us. The accommodations were great. The service was impeccable. The food was fabulous. The excursions were well planned and executed. This was our best vacation ever from start to finish! We are already planning our next trip. read more

Great travel agency with great follow-up! Esq. and I utilized Berwick Travel for our recent trip to Playa del Carmen. We worked with Kelly Pinto and she was fantastic. She provided us with competitive pricing for our fights, hotel, etc. She also assisted us with booking luxury private transportation to and from the Cancun airport (that's how we roll!). Our room at The Royal was amazing with one of the best views in the entire resort. I'd like to think that Kelly played a large hand in that. Never did I have to wonder if everything was on track. Kelly did an exceptional job of keeping both of us in the loop and notifying us of details and helpful hints about traveling to Mexico. And the best part is that you don't have to be from the South Jersey area to book your travel with Berwick. (I know what you're thinking..."Where the hell is Cinnaminson?!") I coordinated everything with her via e-mail from 90 miles away. It was smooth and worry-free. I highly recommend this business. You'll receive the personal attention that you deserve. We are excited to work with Kelly on booking our upcoming honeymoon! Woot woot! read more

Steve Umstead helped us with a 24 person trip to Mexico to celebrate a 95 th birthday. He recommended several resorts he felt met our criteria, and once we chose, he did a great job of facilitating getting the info out to all parties, and got us a great deal. Everyone in our party were super pleased with the service we received from BERWICK and Steve. Steve helped arrange a private dinner party, and on his own arranged a beautiful cocktail party. Steve was great on follow-up and follow - though. Every time we us Berwick, we are more impressed. That's why we keep going back. read more

We have had consistently great experiences with Steve Umstead at Berwick Travel. We have booked several trips with him, ranging from small to larger groups. We recently planned a group trip to the Dominican Republic. We worked with Berwick Travel to arrange the hotel and transfer shuttle. We were expecting out guests to meet us at the hotel, but they were never picked up. It turned out that my guests had to wait for hours for their transfer shuttle. On top of this, when they checked in, they were told that they were getting a 1 bedroom, even though a 2 bedroom was requested through Berwick Travel. When they entered the room, the room had leaks and a bad odor. I had guests that were newlyweds. They did not have a honeymoon and this trip was something special for them. All of the rooms were suppose to look like this: http://www.dreamsresorts.com/drelr/media/gallery/images/drelr_25.jpg But that was not the case, and we were not informed. Instead, they ended up in the buildings with the old rooms, and it was very depressing to even be in the room. To make matters even worse, the return transfer shuttle was an hour late and my guests almost missed their flight back. Berwick Travel created unnecessary stress for us, as this was our wedding event. read more

I writing just in case you were not informed of my failed honeymoon trip that me and my new husband was supposed to take on 1/21/2019 the day after our wedding, I can't explain to you how upset I am at this moment with this company, after purchasing our honeymoon for Dominican Republic I realize we would need a passport for the trip I then reached out to our travel consultant Kelly Pinto and told her we didn't have a passport she assured me that she would find me something that didn't require a passport, Kelly then emailed me she found a couple places that we could travel to without a passport which were Sonesta ocean point in St Maartin and Divi Little Bay Beach resort and The Bolongo Bay in St Croix the email also stated US VIRGIN ISLAND PASSPORT REQUIREMENT STATE THAT AS LONG AS YOU DON'T TOUCH DOWN ON FOREIGN SOIL BEFORE ARRIVING, YOU WILL NOT NEED A PASSPORT SINCE THE US VIRGIN ISLAND ARE COLLECTIVELY AS US COMMONWELATH. Ok so we booked with Sonesta Ocean Point in Nov. On my wedding day which was 1/20/2019 everyone asked me where we were going and we proudly stated St Maartin!!!!! I being tired and ready to leave on the plane couldn't wait I was so excited to get away and relax with my new husband! That morning at 3am we arrive at the airport to be told we could not travel without a passport which was the worst news ever I literally cried right there at the airport and unfortunately returned home, this ruined my day, your company ruined my honeymoon and this is something I will never forget. I called and left a message with Kelly who did apologize for her mistake she ask if we would like to travel out the next day to St Juan but it wouldn't be inclusive like "the honeymoon we planned" after talking with my husband we choose not to because we wanted something inclusive, Kelly then stated she could get us something the following week! Well we already planned the week of 1/21-1/25 off with work and was not able to take the following week off again I'm disappointed and upset at this moment and I stated we would like our money back which Kelly said she could do and she would have the fund to me within 7-10 days $2796.39 to my card and $468.00 will be mailed for the accounting department. Ok cool! This was all on 1/21 the day after my wedding I'm stressing and disappointed when I should be enjoying my time with my new husband. On 1/29 I reached out to Kelly just to see which card I used to make payment, well good thing I did because she told me fun jet sent her a email that she never got the email asking her which credit card to send the refund to because there are two credit cards on file, so the refund was never processed and they were waiting on her to respond.......... again I'm upset all over again now I'm being told a check was mailed out yesterday 1/30 for $468.00 when it should have been 1/21 like I was told. Could I please get the owner email address as well this is totally unacceptable not only do I feel like this is a waiting game but my honeymoon was ruined by you guys and all I'm hearing is "I apologize" and that's not helping me at the moment. read more
