I spoke to a young lady, who more than addressed the situation by providing a credit which I could go for. I could not go then so I went this week. On a day the lady I mentioned was working. I can only say, i was treated with excellent accord and Haas went above and beyond to rectify, what was a small oversight. I know where my fish and chip shop is from now on. Thanks so much. We drive through from the Glasgow area, (2 hour drive) get a fish supper and sit on the shore walls looking out to sea in the most picturesque surroundings (and we don't have to dodge the seagulls).
