Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The repair took much longer than initially promised. I was left waiting in the shop for over two hours, only to find that the replacement screen was of subpar quality. Shortly after the repair, the screen began to show signs of discoloration and flickering! read more

I had the screen replaced on an iPhone 14. Now I'm having all kinds of issues with the phone. Battery tanks super fast because I have to keep the brightness all the way up to see what's on my screen. Phone screen goes blank for no reason. Do not use this store. read more

still just as bad as the reviews are from several years ago. they're fast at fixing your phone and cheaper than apple, but in turn will give you a cheap screen that will break as soon as you drop it. better off going to apple and repairing your phone there for how expensive they are, at least you know you're getting quality. read more

I am well-travelled and have seen cultures of almost every sort, around the world. One thing that I truly appreciate is getting back to America and seeing the one-nation, one-people concept, in action. While our society has its own set of problems, they do not approach what one encounters in some other countries where cultural animosity is evident and palpable. That same animosity is what I saw, in Bert's, and it makes me quite sad. I recently ventured in to Bert's and decided to buy an item for my phone. First of all, I was not greeted or offered assistance in spite of there being no other customers in the place. No probem, I'll do it myself. Then, after picking out the item, I brought it to the check-out counter to make the purchase. Two middle-eastern men were talking behind the counter. From their glances, I could see that I was a bother. After waiting several minutes, I politely interrupted them to get their attention. One of them, a gentleman of average height, greeted me, and smiled. The other was a shorter, stockier guy who would not even make eye contact until he glared at me and angrily barked, "You want help?" After informing him that I simply wanted to buy an item, he took my payment and then turned his head in disgust without further word. No thanks, no come again's, nothing. It was as if I'd insulted his culture by daring to enter and buy from the store. Though the other gentleman tried to temper things by thanking me as I exited, I immediately regretted making the purchase. It is clear that there is a smoldering problem, at Bert's. I sincerely regret that such behavior is now migrating to our beloved country. For my money, any place is better to do business with than Bert's. I'll gladly pay more to support a pro-American business rather than feed what I saw at Bert's. read more

This place is the worst. They sold me a cracked phone screen and when I tried to explain this to them, the girl that was working told me to "shut up". It was very unprofessional and I would not recommend them for any of your phone needs. I will not be going back. read more

Seems to be a rather common occurrence of rudeness at this place. Broken screen, no problem they'll give you another screen that will break within the day and than blame you. I was told that I rolled over in my sleep and broke my screen. Because as you know a very muscular man such as myself is only sleeping next to his phone at night. This woman at the counter I'm pretty sure was possessed by the devil, I'm sure i saw fire glint across her eyes, while she was blaming me for her terrible screens. All in all go to literally any other place to get a new screen read more

This place is horrible. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I called ahead of time to ask the price to get my iPhone 5s screen replaced after a shatter and they told me the cost was $84 which I thought was a really good price and I needed the late hours. When I got there to get my screen replaced the girl told me it would be $99 and I told her how I just called and was told a different price. The associate looked at me and told me to "shut up" and that she had just told the other customers it was $99 because she didn't feel like fixing the phone. I stayed by the counter while they fixed my screen and listened as the girl told the guy the true cost was actually less than what I was getting charged but that she likes to overcharge when she doesn't feel like doing her job. There was explicit music being played and the girl proceeded to have very inappropriate conversations with her coworker. Finally I got my phone and left. Just my luck, I shattered my screen again. I refused to go back to this place so went to Phone Doc on Perkins where I had been pleased before when they fixed my fiancé's phone. They informed me that my phone was missing parts and that it was probably because this place (Berts) had either lost the screws or just refused to put them in. Bottom line. Avoid this place. It's awful. read more

I took my phone to be fixed less than a month ago. The repair itself was fine and I was satisfied. I payed $130 for the repair. I also purchased a screen protector and a phone case, which made my purchase about $200. Yesterday, my phone fell. The case went in one direction and the screen protecter went in the other. I called to see if there was a warranty, but there is none and I really feel that the protector was put on incorrectly. Now, I am out of my money and have to spend more money to get it fixed. read more

This awful place deserves much less than a 1-star rating. The could hardly provide worse service. They are rude, dishonest, and incompetent. How they stay in business is a mystery to me. My iPhone 6 plus was broken worse after they "worked" on it, had removed 2 screws and did not replace or admit having taken them, and of course were unable to fix the non-functioning home button I brought in for repair or replacement. I notice they do not seem to be a member of Baton Rouge Better Business Bureau, and for good reason. They, alone, should be enough to cause someone to start a Baton Rouge Awful Business Bureau. Be forewarned- DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THESE JERKS FOR ANY REASON. You will regret it. read more

I recently used these guys twice and had great service both times. First my daughter's iPhone had a cracked screen, and they were able to replace it while we waited and she's had no issues with it since. They did the job quick, and the price was much lower than what I have seen elsewhere. My wife's iPhone had been giving her trouble for a few weeks and she couldn't hear out of the earpiece well at all. I thought for sure we would need to replace it but I took it to bert'sand they did a diagnostic service for free, and ended up cleaning some dust that had gotten in there and now it works as good as new! It took about an hour but there was no charge for the diagnostic or the cleaning. These guys are great! read more
