Instead we were given a jar that looked like the generic pizza place shaker, so I figured they don't do that anymore. Half-way through my meal I see other tables getting fresh-grated cheese. I love the fresh cheese, so that was a little disappointing, and too far into my meal to ask at that point. There was also live music that evening. On the surface, sounds great to create a nice atmosphere. However, Joe's isn't particularly large, and he was using a speaker; Joe's doesn't seem to be be enough for speaker music. There are touch screen order pads around the store. There is no indoor seating. The pads are easy to use and there are cookies on display to choose from. I am a member of their rewards program and had a free birthday cookie as well as $10 Crumble Cash, both of which were easy to redeem. My cookies were Peanut Butter Cookies and Cream, Snickerdoodle sandwich, and Oreo Marshmallow Sandwich. These cookies are HUGE. One cookie is easily enough for two to four people. Depending on your cookie, they are served hot or chilled. My cookies were delicious! They were soft and fresh. I think the Oreo Marshmallow sandwich was my favorite. The service was quick and friendly. The cashier saw I had done a birthday redemption and wished me a happy birthday. I noticed that she was wearing gloves while handling the food.
