We recently had the opportunity to provide overnight security services for one of Innovation…read moreConstruction NYC's brownstone projects, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. As a security company, we work with many contractors and job sites, and it's immediately noticeable when a company operates at a higher level -- Innovation definitely does. Their team was professional, organized, and respectful throughout the entire project. We were responsible for protecting a multi-million dollar property, expensive construction equipment, and ensuring the site remained secure overnight. Thanks to the way Innovation runs their projects, our personnel had zero issues conducting patrols and maintaining site security. One thing that really stood out was the housekeeping and overall site organization. The job site was kept extremely neat, which made patrol operations smooth and safe for our guards. Their workers were also highly professional, clearly experienced, and appeared to follow proper safety practices at all times. It's refreshing to work alongside a contractor that takes pride in both their workmanship and how they manage their sites. We look forward to working with Innovation Construction NYC again in the future. -- Aspire Security Protection LLC

Communication was one of the biggest positives. Anyone who's worked with contractors knows it can be challenging, but they were responsive, easy to reach, and kept us informed throughout the project. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend!

This small grassy area was an eye sore with dead bushes and weeds. Manuel and his crew removed the dead bushes and weeds from the grassy area, framed it out to create a concrete boarder, then added pavers in the center exactly how we asked. He very accommodating, listened to our ideas snd worked with us to transform this area. In the back he not only did a great job creating a concrete space we can now use as a patio but also removed an old wooden deck we had in the back that really needed to go. He also resurfaced the foundation wall surrounding the house. Manuel and his crew were professional and easy to work with. His price was competitive and at the end of the day my property was left clean and neat. I recommend them and will be using them again in the spring for more work needed on our home.

Ravi picked up and we set an appointment which he arrived to on time. Ravi was considerate and professional, making some great suggestions in the process. Ravi's crew is comprised of some of the nicest people I've ever met. Everyone showed up on time, the work began when Ravi said it would, and the work was completed on the end date we agreed upon at the start. When all work was completed, a thorough clean up was done. Also, as a considerate bonus to us, Ravi gave us the remaining waterproof paint used to seal the cement wall that was built. It was very nice to have experienced doing work with City Suburb, because when you've got people doing a pro job it makes life much less stressful. I've already passed the City Suburb contact information on to a friend who liked the work we had done, and I'm likely going to be calling Ravi back soon to do more work for us.
