No negotiating, no let me check with corporate, no nothing. Storage Rentals of America is not loyal to their customers, plain and simple. And on top of it, the new manager, a young white male was just an idiot. No management skills, and did not care whether I stayed or left. Now I see a new storage center opened around the corner with reasonable prices and caring management, so this SROA place can go bankrupt if all I care. For those of you looking to rent a storage init, there are many other great choices in Simsbury and surrounding areas. Until SROA changes, I would avoid this place like the plague. Boomerang actually charged *less* than what all those delivery services were asking for, and of course they did a careful, professional job, because they actually know how to move furniture. Nathan and Christian got these extra-tall bookcases down a curving flight of stairs, around tight corners in a narrow hallway, through the doorways and into their places without putting a scratch on either the bookcases or the walls. Moral of the story: Even if you just need to move a few pieces, hire professional movers -- specifically, hire Boomerang!
