They worked quickly with my insurance to get a claim in so that I could get a check from the insurance company and get started on the work. He had a good idea of how long it would take, and it took slightly longer than anticipated, but it didn't bother me at all, given the result. What was super cool of them was they pulled the dents from the hail damage, and there was also another dent from a previous ding that they pulled while they had the car pulled apart anyway.
