I needed to replace the rear patio on my house. The old patio was sitting on a foundation on 2…read moresides and the house foundation on the other 2. The old patio had cracked and sunk in the middle, creating a pool of water when it rains. Alan came out, busted up the old one and hauled it out. He then prepped the sub surface, removing gravel and soft mud from 27 years of use, put in new gravel. I then put down insulation and 300 feet of pex tubing for heat. When it came time for the concrete I elected to use a pumper truck since I did not want a cement truck on my cement driveway, Alan took care of everything. No issues what so ever. From start to finish was just 16 days. He was always texting me as to when he would be out to do the next step, very good communication. Highly recommend Alan for a good concrete experience.

He…read moreexplained how the springs I needed were bigger than the ones that had been on my door, and he demonstrated the before-and-after difference on our second identical door (which was more difficult to open and did not stay put when disconnected and open half-way). Jeremy gave me great advice and a good price, which included inspection and recalibration of our motorized opener and a 1-year warrantee on parts and labor.
